Who’s covered by a policy?
Each plan covers you and up to 9 people staying with you at the Airbnb accommodation. These people don’t have to be added to the Airbnb reservation or named on the policy in order to be covered, and there are no age restrictions.
How do I file a claim?
Claims are handled by Generali from start to finish. You can start a claim by going to your reservation’s policy details page and selecting Start a claim.
Is travel insurance available for all trips?
Not all trips are eligible—for example, trips booked last-minute won’t have the option to add travel insurance.If your stay is eligible, you’ll see the option to add travel insurance and assistance services on the checkout page.
