Monthly Rentals in Eagleville

This was a nice place to stay on a girls’ weekend to the Nashville area. Close enough to everything we wanted to go to, but not right in the city, so it was quiet. Walking distance to the quaint downtown where there is a darling coffee shop. There’s an Italian restaurant, but we didn’t eat there as it was a 90 minute wait - must be good! Enjoyed the large deck. Accommodations were clean and we appreciated the carport to protect our car during some awful weather moving through. I’d absolutely stay again. Things to note: The 3rd bed is upstairs-stairs are very steep & high, and it’s an attic space with a sloped ceiling. It’s a fine room, just be mindful. The walk-in shower is very small. Like the size of your body. There’s nowhere to put shampoo, soap, etc. and you cannot escape the shower head so your soap/shampoo are basically washed off immediately. It works, just no frills. The other bathroom shower is normal. Dining table only has 4 chairs. Awkward with 5 people.

Staying here was a true joy! I spent a week attending classes at New Approach, a nearby jewelry school. The airbnb's proximity was the main reason I chose to stay there, but once I drove down their long drive and saw the property, I realized this would be a nature lover's respite after long days of classes. From the effortless check in, to the generous snacks and coffee awaiting me inside, to the cozy, fully and comfortably furnished space itself (fabulous pillows on the bed and a MASSAGE CHAIR in the living room), to zthe 2 farm dogs who'd randomly choose to grace me with their presence while outside...all of my time in Mark and Charlotte's space on their property was lovely. You won't find many options for restaurants and stores in the 10-15min immediate vicinity, so picking up some groceries before you check in might be helpful. Mark and Charlotte themselves are welcoming, friendly, helpful, easy going hosts who I hope I get to stay with again in the future.

Our family has a fun ad relaxing stay at the Farmhouse. Very peaceful home in the country but only 40 minutes from the excitement of downtown Nashville. We especially enjoyed making s’mores around the fire pit onthe property ! Highly recommend

This was such an incredible stay! Wonderful hosts, adorable and clean apartment, calm and safe barn/stall for our donkeys to also spend the night! Gina was extremely quick to respond and she was flexible and patient with us as our plans shifted a bit. This place is also so peaceful and gorgeous! 100% recommend :)
