A spiral staircase takes you to the mezzanine floor, super king size bed, the finest linens and atmospheric beams. Timber Valley Pods with private hot tubs offer a peaceful countryside escape with stunning views – you can even spot the Isle of Arran on clear days. Our fully insulated and heated glamping pods are perfect year-round. Each pod sleeps two, featuring a comfy double bed, en-suite shower room, kitchenette, and complimentary tea and coffee. A sofa bed is available on request (please let us know when booking). Private parking and your own hot tub are included – relax or explore at your own pace!

The Wee Lodge

Welcome to The Wee Lodge! We are located in sunny Ayrshire amongst open skies and rolling hills that descend down into the beautiful Clyde Estuary. See more on insta @StoopidFlat_farm The Wee Lodge is a wooden one bedroom house made by the 'Wee Hoose Company'. It sits in our farmsteadings overlooking hills and fields, with Arran and the Clyde in the distance. It is surrounded by pine trees, and with the decor reminiscent of a Scandinavian lodge, has a very peaceful feeling.

A stunning family home, set in approx 10 acres of beautiful countryside with its own private 1 acre garden. Outside, the extensive garden and grounds comprising of mainly lush green lawns, mature woodland, wild flower areas and a portion of the Carmel Water which is a tributary of the River Irvine. The garden has various sitting areas strategically positioned to catch the sun. The private driveway leads to the house and there is parking for three vehicles.

Kyle Lodge is our new one bed lodge set in the private grounds of our larger property, The Old Church (which sleeps 12). It is a private and exceptionally comfortable space featuring a roll top bath with views of open countryside. The secluded and sheltered covered decking area with woodburner allows you to enjoy nature all year round. The local grocery shop is a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.

Stunning Barn Conversion

The Barn is set in the heart of the Scottish countryside and offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Conveniently situated a short drive from Glasgow and Prestwick airports, with excellent transport links into the city of Glasgow and beyond. It is worth noting, that this property is also ideally placed for guests who wish to visit Loch Lomond and the Trossachs, the Ayrshire coast, or embark on the NC500.
