The carriage house is in Lockeland Springs - a diverse, inclusive, walkable and desirable area of East Nashville with historic homes over 100 years old. The space is approx 2 miles from Downtown and only blocks from Five Points and numerous shops, bars and restaurants.

We recently finished the renovation of our house, which includes a cute, cozy one bedroom guest suite. Guests will have access to their own private entrance via their own 16 x 24 foot deck. The suite includes a bedroom with blackout curtains, a sound machine, bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, kitchenette (full size fridge, sink, dishwasher, induction burners, toaster oven, microwave), dining table and a living space with a couch, reading nook and TV.
