Very spacious flat, was surprised how big it is had everything we needed, very clean, loved sitting at the end of the garden overlooking the beach just relaxing reading, would definitely stay here again .

Perfect for a mini break! Beautiful apartment in a perfect location near Hull’s Marina. Short walk to some great restaurants and cafes. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with directions. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time staying at Ben’s flat. It has everything you need and is simple, clutter-free and clean. Instructions for entering and parking were clear, the property feels very secure as there are 3 levels of code-entry doors from street to flat and the location is great for exploring York. 15-20 minute walk to the Shambles and centre of town and great local restaurants (really recommend Valentino’s 5 mins walk away and Ate O’Clock 15 mins walk away). A great flat in a great location, with a helpful host. Thank you!

Lovely apartment very close to York minster and the city centre! We could easily access the city centre on foot! We also appreciated the welcome snacks and make up towels!

We felt very comfortable at Elaine's apartment. As stated in all other reviews, it is very clean and spacious, and has everything you could possibly need. It's in a prime location with shops nearby. We particularly liked the security factor , being in a gated complex, which was very easy to get in and out of. We did not have time to look at or sit in the communal gardens, but from a distance it looked very tranquil. Communication with Elaine,and Amanda who checked us in, was excellent, especially as we had to rearrange our arrival day at extremely short notice. I hope to visit again in the future and would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a great stay. Really comfy beds and good temperature control throughout the apartment. Well equipped kitchen with a lovely coffee machine and large wine glasses! An easy walk into town, you can also walk along the walls to get further into town. We followed the Cat Trail around town using a leaflet from the binder provided by James & Rachel. A really good way to explore York centre.

A well-located spacious apartment in a quiet area with all mod cons for a short or long term stay. Close to Scunthorpe centre and a 10 minute walk from a retail park with supermarkets and shops.

Perfect quiet location. Everything you could need in the apartment. Comfortable beds. I see the lift has been ooo for over 2 months. Less active people would struggle with the 68 steps up to the apartment. Overall well worth the money due to fabulous location to central York. A lovely spacious accommodation. (We were 4 Adults… all over 60)

This is a great spot for anyone wanting to explore all that York has to offer. Louise is a great host, and the flat had everything we needed for a two day city break. We had two really good nights' sleep. You can hear footsteps from the flat above, but that's what you get from a charming old building. You MUST check out the Nepalese restaurant a short walk away on Fossgate. The Mo Mos are incredible! Would highly recommend a stay here.

From the booking to the final departure, Clare was friendly and professional, the perfect host who made our stay enjoyable and easy. The flat was in a great location. Sainsbury’s is moments away, the city walls are not much further and its lofty position affords a great view. The flat itself is modern, neat and thoughtfully decorated and equipped - and the parking is secure. We loved York, Clare’s flat was the perfect base and Clare was personable and helpful throughout. No hesitation in recommending.

This was my first time using an Airbnb. Andrew is very friendly and gave me all the info I needed. the bnb was clean and tidy and in the perfect location. I will most differently use Andrew again on my next visit to York.

A wonderful ground-floor flat as part of a small estate of similar homes. Immaculately clean, plenty of light and large bedrooms. Alan and Lindsay were very responsive, with Alan even coming to greet us in person when we arrived. Great stay, nothing fell short of expectations.

check in was smooth and easy. The only thing I would’ve liked was a washing machine, but everything else was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting York!

We stopped here with my two teenagers who loved the attic room. We found the apartment very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Managed to get parked on the street with no issues. Good communication from Karen prior to our stay. We will definitely be back.. Lee

The flat was great, perfectly clean, with a comfy bed. Lesley and Sean were also on hand to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend!

The flat is much bigger and brighter than the pictures show, and the views from 3 sides of the accommodation a bonus. The flat is out off the main drag but only a 10 minute walk to the spa, and we were lucky to get free parking outside the flat for the entire stay. The flat was clean and had all that was needed to make it a comfortable break, with the added bonus of WiFi. Dean kindly allowed us to check in early, to make the most of the Easter weekend in Bridlington. Nice, bright, clean and cosy, thanks Dean for allowing us to stay in your flat 👍

The accomodation was immaculate. Couldnt be in a better location for walking into York...part of the city wall walk just outside apartmemts. Decorated for xmas which was a lovely touch. Cosy and warm... Excellent communication. Would definatly recommend .
