Incredible room, great value for money. The location was only 20minutes walk from town, in a lovely remote area. The room was large, had great facilities and I would definitely stay again.

I had a lovely stay here. The location is excellent, Tesco Express directly opposite, within easy walk of places like The Deep, and various museums and shops. I was very cozy when sleeping, but a bit cold during the day. I was also warned of the noise from the street on Friday and Saturday nights, but I had no issues getting to sleep. Glenn and Alan were friendly and attentive throughout the visit. I was here for work on this occasion, but I'd love to visit again if I do some backpacking in the area!

Lovely little find in the beautiful East Yorkshire countryside. Spotlessly clean, well equipped. Plenty of room for 2 people- and 2 more if needed as there is a mezzanine level in the bedroom with a futon- lovely little space up there! The kitchen/ lounge area has French doors leading onto a lovely little private garden area with 2 chairs , a table and fantastic views. Especially pleased with breakfast hamper provided- with homemade bread, eggs and an avacado. Also had milk , butter and jams in the fridge. Tea, coffee, cereals also available- lovely touch. Towels and toiletries all provided. Would definitely recommend - and was a great base for exploring East Riding.

Loved our stay here. Though connected the main house, the space is very private with a gorgeous sitting room and garden view. Would say it’s a little noisy in the mornings with upstairs activity, but we are early risers so it didn’t bother us much. Georgia also let us check in early, store our bags on the last day, and was very kind and helpful overall. Thank you for a lovely stay! 🌸

Waters meet is an Immaculate, spacious, warm and comfortable home from home. Has everything you would need for a short or long stay in a very peaceful setting. The host is extremely responsive and attentive and I honestly believe nothing would be too much trouble.

Great location, walking distance to all major sites with a quick walk along the river. The location is quiet and perfect for a few days in York

We stayed 2 nights at Honeybee Lodge. The lodge was easy to find. Check-in was simple. The Lodge is on a quiet park with 2 fantastic restaurants close by. Everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable was available. There's plenty of space for 4 and I'm sure that when the weather is better that the decking area would be a superb spot for evening dining. The hot tub was clean and ready to use. A great base for exploring York and the surrounding areas.

Very welcoming host and very helpful with the instructions. The room was lovely and comfy, the bathroom spacious, all very well equipped. It is very conveniently situated a ten minute walk to the university and fifteen mins to the city centre, it easily reachable by bus from the train station as well. The house is in a dead end street so no traffic. The facilities were as described and there is even a booklet made by Ashley of recommendations in the city (activities, food,drinks). Would definitely come back when back in York!

Very warm, comfortable and quiet room, with thoughtful touches. Excellent kitchen facilities and dining room, all immaculately clean.

Jamal was a very kind person. And this was in a prime location where you can save lot of money no need to book any cabs.If you want to go to any place just walk for 15 min. And don’t worry Jamal will guide you about what to look insights. This was the best place to stay in York. And you will for sure come back again to this place if you stay there.
