Vacation rentals with a firepit in Eastern Algarve

Our family (my husband, two daughters, and I) had the most wonderful time at this beautiful countryside Airbnb! The property is set in a peaceful, scenic location, surrounded by nature and endless charm. We enjoyed sitting in the garden just listening to nature. One of the highlights for us was being able to pick fresh oranges right from the trees — making our own juice each morning was such a special experience that our girls will never forget. We loved walking/running the paths nearby. Our host was available if we needed anything and gave us good recommendations for restaurants and activites. This was one of the most relaxing and memorable family trips we’ve had.

It is a beautiful place to spend time and relax! Great view, comfortable Bed, great location… We are very happy to have found Christina‘s place! Thank you for hosting us and for beeing so kind! :)

We (two people) had booked Maria's house for a week. The house has everything you need: on the ground floor was the kitchen and a small storeroom with a washing machine. Also on the ground floor was the living and dining area, a toilet and access to the terrace. On the first floor were two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the top floor there was another bedroom with a bathroom and access to the roof terrace. Outside there was a large pool with plenty of seating and sunbathing areas, a parasol and a barbecue. Each room had air conditioning (to cool or heat the rooms). The House is about a 30 minute drive from Faro. There is a supermarket in the next village. The area is quiet and idyllic. You have a lot of privacy in the House.

This was the most gorgeous house with an amazing view. It was exceptionally clean and soooo amazing. Joao was an amazing host. It was my favorite places so far in Portugal. Can’t say enough about it. No words can describe its beauty

Começo por agradecer ao Frederico a sua imensa disponibilidade e simpatia durante os 15 dias que estivemos hospedamos na quinta do Fojo A casa é muito confortável é muito espaçosa, faz-nos sentir em casa. Passamos umas férias óptimas em família, num lugar tranquilo e com vistas largas. A luz do final do dia é maravilhosa e o espaço de refeições exterior perto da piscina é muito simpático. Mais uma vez obrigada por tudo Frederico, de certeza que é uma experiência a repetir

Die Bilder werden der Unterkunft gar nicht gerecht. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft schön und ich kann jedem ans Herz legen dieses Airbnb zu buchen. Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn und das ganze Gelände wunderschön mit vielen kleinen schönen Details, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und zu Hause in dieser Unterkunft. Gerade zum abschalten und Kopf freikriegen ist es dort super. Die Kommunikation mit Elli selber war super unkompliziert und wir haben selten so liebe Gastgeber erlebt die uns so viel unterstützt haben und uns so viele Tipps gegeben haben. Uns wird es aufjedenfall nochmal dorthin ziehen! Vielen Dank Elli & Manu :) 🌞

Wow! Een plek midden in tavira, op loop afstand van geweldige restaurants en de stad. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit huis. Het is een rustpunt in de stad. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er, en zelfs nog meer. Een grote bank, een ruime tafel, een uitgebreide keuken met alles erop en eraan. Één bovenverdieping met mooie kamers. Een babybedje met allerlei extra dekens. Meer dan genoeg handdoeken, ook voor de keuken. Een een geweldig dakterras. En een gereserveerde parkeerplaats voor de deur. Kortom, een plek om thuis te komen op vakantie en welke we hopelijk in de toekomst nog een keer zullen bezoeken.

Great villa/cottage in a good location for local restaurants and beaches. Worked well for us - we (grandparents) had the upstairs en-suite where our daughter/ son-in-law had the two downstairs bedrooms. Nice garden space with decent sized pool - safe for toddler to walk around. Very modern amenities in the villa.

Appartamento piccolo ma essenziale ed estremamente pulito. Si trova in un contesto di villeggiatura privato con servizio di sicurezza notturno. Per noi è stata assolutamente necessaria la macchina per spostarci in quanto nei dintorni non ci sia gran che. L’unica cosa negativa è stato non trovare il letto matrimoniale già pronto in quanto si tratti di un divano letto, al mio appunto via messaggio mi è stato risposto che gli ospiti generalmente lo usano come divano durante il giorno e lo aprono solo la sera ma dubito fortemente di ciò.

We stay in a lot of AirBnBs, and Victor's was one place where we truly felt at home. So comfortable, so tastefully decorated, it's a home the minute you step inside. Victor was flexible about letting us come early, he's very friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment is so comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked. Many AirBnBs say it's a well-stocked kitchen, but this one really is. High-quality everything. Just an absolute joy to stay there.

It was a pleasure to stay at Bento's place. The view is stunning, wide open with the sea far away on one side and the pool nearby on the other side. The balcony is a perfect place for a drink in the afternoon to enjoy the sunset. The apartment is quite comfortable, it is extremely well decorated and well equipped. Looking forward to my next stay in this beautiful apartment.

Absolutely loved this place! Very clean and walkable areas. Modern look and peaceful. Private. Definitely would recommend and stay again! Close to the center of old town and a less than 10 minute walk to the beach! Definitely coming back to visit!

Apparemment très accueillant, très bien équipé, grande pièce et balcon agréables. Chambres à l’arrière, ce qui favorise le calme pour dormir. Guide très utile, bien rédigé, disponible en plusieurs langues et sur une application, ce qui en facilite l’utilisation. Petit café à proximité où le café latté et les pastels de nata sont délicieux. L’appartement est situé à quelques pas des restaurants et de la plage, où se trouve un charmant vieux château. Les hôtes ont été prévenants, à l’écoute de nos questions et ils répondaient rapidement. Nous ne sommes restées que deux nuits, mais le secteur environnant en mérite beaucoup plus et l’appartement le permet facilement.

Wir waren nun zum 3. Mal Gäste in Pedros Wohnung. Es war wie immer großartig. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Kommunikation und der Check in verlaufen problemlos und zügig. Daniela und Pedro sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir werden auch ein 4. Mal wieder kommen.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Maria, que se mostrou sempre disponível e flexível. O apartamento tem muito boas condições, com tudo o que é necessário para as refeições do dia a dia. O acesso direto ao jardim é uma mais valia, assim como o churrasco.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very clean and warm/not humid as most of the apartments in Aljezur. We could enjoy the pool, the garden and we could see a bit of the ocean from the balcony. We didn’t miss anything in the kitchen nor for the kids (baby bed, baby chair). Thanks Carla for a great communication!

We stayed for eight weeks over winter. The photos had accurately depicted the bungalow but hadn't expressed it's homely feel once inside. This was a home not a ' holiday let'. The owner had even put up a Christmas tree because we arrived on Dec 22nd. It was comfortable and well insulated for winter evenings. For warmer nights though the garden will be beautiful. There is plenty of outside seating and lovely garden lightening. The kitchen was well equipped and it would be possible to cook any style of cooking. There was always hot water from roof panels and the shower was modern and efficient. Perhaps, as with any home appliances, one or two may need replacing later this year but everything required was there. This property is in the countryside. The neighbouring properties have guard dogs which unfortunately do bark at the wild animals. We live in the countryside but this noise took us a while to get used to. A car is essential but the property is surrounded by beautiful country walks.

Ficamos duas noites na casa da praia, um alojamento bem localizado, super limpo e arrumado, perfeito para uma escapadinha de fim de semana. Com uma anfitriã disponível, simpática e atenciosa, saímos com vontade de voltar, e numa próxima, um passeio a cavalo experienciar!

Espaço bonito, acolhedor e cuidado. Ótimo para uns dias de sossego. Pena que o tempo não tenha permitido aproveitar da piscina, mas o espaço é bastante convidativo. Para além dos cavalos, saímos apaixonados pelo pequeno gatito vizinho que aparecia frequentemente para nós cumprimentar 🥰

Il s’agit d’un endroit parfait pour se déconnecter ! Vous serez en plein milieu de la nature, dans une cabine tout confort et ultra design ! On ne peut que recommander !

Excellent séjour sur la propriété de Wolf 🤗 Si vous cherchez du calme et de jolis paysages, c'est l'endroit idéal, Entre montagne, rivière, biches et nature ! Un grand merci à Wolf qui a été très accueillant, toujours disponible et souriant (malgré nos petites péripéties 🙃). Il nous a donné toutes les indications sur la maison et les alentours pour être sûr que nous passions une agréable semaine. Très compréhensif, il a accepté que nous venions avec nos 2 chiennes, pour profiter de ce havre de paix et de liberté. (et elles ont adoré le coin !). La maison en bois correspondait parfaitement à la description et est vraiment très bien équipée. Tout était parfait, superbe semaine, un grand merci de proposer ce type de vacances 😊 PS : Bien suivre les indications de Wolf pour l'arrivée pour éviter une route plus compliquée donnée par Waze 😉

Great place with unique vibe to stay while traveling through Portugal. The cabin was cozy and clean equiped with all needful necessities (such as fridge and coffee machine). Whole resort was available for us, even the animals (horses and cats :) ). The hosts are soo friendly and always there to help you with all the requests if needed. Fully recommend!

We felt at home, the place is beautiful, we found super original the way it was decorated inside very authentic & peaceful, our two dogs, and one cat could freely move around, which was amazing. we also had a barbecue at our terrace and Silvia was always available and helpful. I don't agree with the previous review that the place is dirty and the path is very difficult, to be able to be far from the noise in the nature of course you have to go through a dirty road but it's super doable, easy and fast. Also is not true that the place was dirty it was super clean and cozy. It's perfect if you want to be away from the noise in the nature, but also close to everything. Thank you very much we will come back!
