Via the (narrow) spiral staircase, you come to the loft with a king size 2-person bed and a children's room with 2 separate beds (limited standing height). It is a duplex apartment with the living area downstairs (dining and sitting area) and the 3 bedrooms (2 queen- size beds and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms upstairs (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub). There is a toilet on each floor. The separate kitchen contains all modern conveniences.
