A brook flows through the backyard, providing a peaceful natural backdrop and a stone outdoor fire pit for great campfire fun. The main floor bedroom has 1 queen bed and the loft has 1 queen and 1 twin. There is also a living room couch. Just 5 min to town, 15-20min to Jay Peak! Quiet clean waterfront rustic cabin over looking 1st conn. lake. 1 bedroom with king size bed . 3/4 bath and small kitchen with most basic cooking items. Sit on the porch and listen to the loons while enjoying your peace and tranquility away from your everyday life. Do have small beach and large dock to share. wifi and sat tv so you can stay connected. Sorry no pets . We do have 2 friendly large dogs on the property and we do live next door. Our season is from may 15 to november 1.

Our Guest House is a cozy 400sf cabin close to it all. Comfortably furnished, there's a queen bed in a bedroom and a full bath. The kitchenette has a two-burner stove-top, small fridge with freezer, sink, microwave, Keurig and small appliances. The grill outside is adjacent to a small patio. We're right on the Lamoille Rail Trail, 2 miles to the Long Trail, 4 miles to Johnson, 8 miles to Smugglers' Notch. Close to great skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking and canoeing!
