This is a wonderful place to get out of the City or off of the road and enjoy the great outdoors! Enjoy privacy, surroundings of nature with a peaceful view of Lake Cisco and a fresh lake breeze while sitting at the rock patio.
“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We needed a relaxing get away together as a family and this place was IT. Secluded and beautiful. Everything we needed they had in their shop at the dock. Town is right down the road a few miles if you need anything else. We are already booking our next weekend here!”
Curry's Cabin is located on Beautiful Lake Cisco!! This is Cisco's best kept secret, our Hidden Gem!! The Lake is really right in your backyard!! Our Vintage Cabin, built in the 1960’s, has a lot of Rustic Charm, and is Clean, Cozy and Comfy. Most of our guests say “ The Peacefulness and Quietness, Awesome Views of the Lake, Magnificent Sunsets, and the Wondrous Night Sky," are some of the Charming Qualities of our Cabin!!
“We had a wonderful weekend away at Curry's Cabin. Mark and Lisa are great hosts. The cabin was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Fishing off their dock was great. The dock is very nice and we caught alot of fish. An added plus was they have bait on hand and all we had to do was message them and they brought it to us. We had so much fun we booked another stay while we were there.”
This is a historic two story cabin from the 1840's moved to Cisco from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and lovingly restored and furnished with period antiques. You get the whole cabin to yourself. Creative use of recycled vintage materials make this a one of a kind experience.
“We were staying here for a night on the way out of Dallas to New Mexico - beautiful building, a lot of love and detail went into everything from decor to functionality, to upkeep, to the hospitality. Cabin is not out in the woods but adjacent to the host's house convenient from the highway but tucked into the small town of Cisco in a quaint neighborhood good for walking (downtown nearby with antique stores and even a brewpub). Modern amenities even in such an old structure - fridge, coffee machine, microwave, wonderful clawfoot tub and shower. Super comfortable bed upstairs, wifi and TV downstairs, wonderful local literature to peruse on the coffee table, nice porch front patio in back. Friendly outdoor kitty who greeted us on arrival and eparture. From the reviews it was everything we expected and better. Also the breakfast was a perfect touch for being on the road in the a.m. Not something one expects - a true BnB. Thoroughly enjoyed. A huge bonus to our road trip.”
