Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

In one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL VILLAGES IN FRANCE known for its gourmet restaurant ( l 'Escale, a real treat not to be missed), in a serviced apartment in the middle of a park with large total quiet pool, T2 apartment (4 real comfortable beds) with large terrace. The house is situated in a small hamlet, 8 km from a town with all amenities, in a rural setting with views over the Pyrenees and the rolling countryside. In the garden is a large pool with terrace, trampoline, volley, ping-pong, foot, darts... The house has 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine for 2 extra guests. (2 extra guests only during winter). There are some neighbours, so ideally for a calm holiday.
