Large (55 sqm) studio with three beds, kitchen and fireplace. Huge (4,000 sqm) garden, the Havel and infinite soundtracks for swimming or fishing in the immediate vicinity. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).

We rent our nice little cottage 27m2, 2min walk from Wandlitzsee to Strandbad 3min to Surfyng club ca.5 min, 500m from Wandlitzsee station. Bakers, shops or restaurants are within walking distance.
