LO DISPENSARI, charming house in Delta del Ebro

An old dispensary from the beginning of the last century that we renovated (2019) to enjoy with family or friends. It is located in Sant Jaume d'Enveja, in the heart of the Ebro Delta. We've lovingly decorated it. Most of the furniture is restored. The house has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a study, and a large dining room/kitchen (fully equipped). It has a fireplace, barbecue, and a nice porch. Ideal for after-dinner conversation :) The Ebro River is just a few minutes' walk away.

The house is located in the heart of a 7 ha (organic) olive grove, between the sea and the mountains. Typical house, with its large shaded terrace, swimming pool. Get away from the routine at this unique and relaxing stay in the Riumar development, in the Ebro Delta Natural Park. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), 1 toilet and a sink. It is equipped with kitchen utensils, cleaning and toiletries. In the back you will find a large terrace with a private pool (salt water) and a Jacuzzi area. Perfect location, 250 meters from the beach. A 1-minute walk away you will find a supermarket.
