The spacious luxury house is located in the middle of the city center on the canal, near the woods and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The kitchen has all the comforts, such as dishwasher and combi oven. In the wooded area, there is plenty to do.

When you step out the door, you are directly between the terraces and shops, walk about 100m further and you will be at the Pikmeer where you will find opportunities to rent a (sail)boat. After a nice day in the area, plop down on the sofa or outside in the sheltered and sunny south-facing garden. From the living room you step into the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.

In de prachtige omgeving zijn veel plekken te bezoeken. Giethoorn, vestingstad Steenwijk en de Havelterheide. Verder zijn er drie nationale parken in de buurt, NP Weerribben Wieden, het Drents Friese Wold en het Dwingelderveld.
