Very nice place, easy beach access

Great place. Clean, good wifi , hot shower. Host was very helpful. Knows all there is to know about the area and also speaks fluent English. 20 minute walk on the beach to Montanita.

Our stay at the Airbnb in Cuenca was delightful. The place was impeccably clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Located in the heart of Cuenca, it provided easy access to the city via tranvía, bus, and taxi. The host was attentive and friendly and promptly addressed any minor issues we encountered. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay. I will be returning here in the near future. Everything is very nice

Simply spectacular! They were very friendly and flexible with the check-in and check-out times, that is something that adds up in the establishment. The tidy and cleanliness were impeccable. Very safe, although sometimes other guests did not let the doors of the house close properly, there was no novelty. Very grateful and happy with the visit to Cuenca.

For the excellent conditions and accessibility to the accommodation the price is optimal. I was able to enter the house without restriction (respecting silence). The area was safe, walk at night without inconvenience. The distance between the accommodation and the congested area makes no noise problems. The attention with doubts is quick. I highly recommend the accommodation for those who want to enjoy the city, but in turn have its secluded place for proper rest.

I really liked the stay at David's place, everything was clean and tidy and the location of the place is right in the historic center. Thank you very much for everything, I would love to go back.

Excellent accommodation. Juan was very nice and attentive; he allowed us to store our bags and use the showers even after check-out. Although I only spent the night and couldn't enjoy the pool, I would definitely come back. It's a quiet place, ideal for resting away from the noise.
