We had the best time. Lisa was superbly generous when we messed up our booking dates. We woke up to beautiful sunrises over the beach from our bedroom. Great place great little town and couldn’t recommend it highly enough!!!

We were three families, and this was easily one of the best stays we've had in a long time. The property was exceptionally well-equipped, with thoughtful touches far beyond the basics, clearly reflecting the care Victoria has put in. Victoria was a wonderful host, providing clear check-in instructions and checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. The beach was just a 4-minute walk away, and the full wall of windows offered stunning sunrise views, perfectly enjoyed from the comfy couch with coffee in our hands. Bedrooms were spotless and cozy, and the bathrooms were very clean, something which was one of our criteria. The outdoor BBQ area, with seating for 12, was a highlight. There are lots of toys for kids and good indoor activities as well. Thank you Victoria. We now know exactly where to stay the next time we're in Tathra.

Rick’s place is terrific. Pretty much agree with most things that others have said, so won’t repeat those. It’s very quiet and peaceful. No-one was staying in the flat next to us, which probably helped, but its location means you get hardly any traffic. What stood out for us though was the birdlife. The thoughtful planting around the complex meant the area attracts a number of nectar-feeding birds. For our stay in March, Eastern Spinebills, New Holland Honeyeaters and Little Wattlebirds were the most common. There were also a few lorikeets, fairy wrens and scrub-wrens. Would love to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay! This beautiful, impeccably clean home sits right across from the ocean, offering breathtaking views. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made the check in and the checkout process seamless. For us, cleanliness is very important, and this property exceeded our expectations. Everything from the linens and towels to the bathrooms and living spaces was spotless. I highly recommend this property when visiting the coast.

We had a fantastic stay at the house. It was well equipped and comfortable for 4 adults and 6 children. Very spacious living area and comfortable beds. Having 2 bathrooms was very convenient. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to the shops. Would recommend.

Our family of four plus grand parents and dog enjoyed a wonderful week in your home! We enjoyed the beautiful views, the space, the amenities, the proximity to the beaches and town and can absolutely recommend, thanks for having us!

Myself and the lads had a great time, suited all our needs. Beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep. Outdoor areas have a great outlook for a relaxing afternoon beer. Cheers guys, hopefully again next year 🍻

A fabulous house in a wonderful and convenient location. The views were spectacular and overall the accommodation was exceptional for our large family. The amenities were as described and we lived staying there. The only downside was the master bedroom could have done with an air conditioner or better window covering or an outside shade to make it more comfortable to sleep. It took a long time to cool down at night.

Probably the best location possible between the ocean and the lake. Home facilities including the pool, barbie and everything you need, coupled with an amazing location for an easy walk to the beach and wharf. Ok it’s not 5 star in terms of brand new furniture, bathrooms and kitchen, but it is comfortable enough for an easy-going family holiday where you can easy wind down at home or outdoors. Peter was easy to reach, but we didn’t need a thing for the whole stay. We had a great time and would recommend for families with children. Thanks again Peter!

Review: - overall clean and spacious house - great interior and outdoor facilities - kids loved the swimming pool, gaming area downstairs and bunk beds - kitchen is modern and very functional - relaxing ambience and spectacular lake view There are areas requiring minor improvements which have been sent to the host. It’s overall a great place to stay! We will surely recommend Cecilia’s place.

Lovely location right near the boardwalk. Nice views of the bushland and water from the house. the pool was fantastic! The house is well stocked with kitchen utensils and supplies. Kelly super responsive and friendly when we needed to reach out to her. The only feedback would be that WiFi would have been great!! Thanks for a great stay

Our stay at Walker’s was perfect. Beautiful house with everything you could possibly need and enough lovely room for two teenagers to have their own space. Loved going to sleep with the sound of the sea and the gentle sea breeze though the windows. Unbelievable location right across from the main beach and a short walk to the heavenly Pambula river mouth. Great tips from Colleen on places to eat and drink. Did not want to leave this place!

Margaret was polite and very responsive. House was very neat and tidy with plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable and fans in each room were great. The accommodation has everything you require for a stay. Great deck to sit out on and enjoy the weather. Very quiet complex, close to beach, cafes and clubs. Would recommend to everyone.

Beautiful family home located in a quiet, hilly part of town, with fantastic views from some bedrooms. Pool was very clean and welcoming for the kids. Perfect for our getaway. Also appreciated the well equipped kitchen for all our self catering needs.

Sarah and Andrea were wonderful hosts, super understanding and flexible.. Their property made us feel at home right away, with beautiful serene surroundings and a stunning view 😀🎉 Highly recommend their property and hospitality 🙏

Caroline was a helpful host, the accommodation had everything we needed, with great access to mountain bike trails and the beach.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend staying here. The house was spotless and well appointed. It was a very short walk to the beaches and walking tracks. Bev responded very quickly to a question I had and it was all sorted within 5 minutes. Robert made a visit to the house to introduce himself and offered a lot of information about the area. We found the location and house very relaxing for the short stay we had. Everything we needed was provided for by the hosts and we can't commend them highly enough for the high standards that they have so visitors are catered for. One of the best houses we have stayed at over the years. Congratulations Robert and Bev. You both should be proud of what you have both achieved. Well done! 10/10!

Great location, peaceful and quiet but close to beaches and shops. Nearby dog beach which our dogs loved. House was clean and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the pool table in the garage.

Another wonderful stay at Jo's house, this time with my 2 children. We had a brillant time, the kids loved having the space in the yard and we enjoyed lazing in the hammock on the back deck. The local beaches are great to walk along, and the best swim spot for kids is only a couple of mins drive away. Jo's house is well equipped for families, with non breakable dinnerware, a lovely big tub and space to run around outside. We will definitely be back again!

Our family had a delightful stay at Luanne’s place. The house was very comfortable, stylish and had everything we needed plus more.
