Charming private room in a farmhouse

Our farmhouse is situated at the famous black forest western hiking trail and on a hill with views overlooking three countries. Our guest room offers a small kitchen unit with a fridge where our guests can prepare breakfast and cold meals. There is no water supply in the bedroom but in the spacious bathroom opposite. You can find restaurants from vegan, traditional to haute cusine within a less than a mile. There are buses to Basel, Lörrach and Kandern. By car it takes 20 minutes to Basel.

Quiet guesthouse in romantic surroundings!

Recently built guesthouse on the property of an old mill. We (two families) live in the main building. Both apartments have a seperate entrance and a terrace showing to the little creek which gives it a romantic touch. The place is 10 km from Basel which can be reached by bus or train in about 30 minutes. In the village nearby you´ll find a supermarket and other stores. Good starting point to explore the Black Forrest. The mixture of nature and civilisation makes it a special place!

The apartment, renovated in 2023, was formerly an old bakery and is located on a 16th century farmstead. century in the core village of Efringen-Kirchen. After decades of neglect, it has been given a new shine piece by piece in recent years with loving attention to detail. Very nice and modern furnished flat with 1 bedroom. The flat is centrally located but quiet. The train station is reachable in less than 5 minutes by foot and brings you in less then 15 minutes to Basel German Station (Near Messe Basel). Children up to 3 years do not pay.
