The apartment was well equipped, attractive and comfortable, just as in the photos. The area was quiet but easily accessed from the centre of Amsterdam. Supermarket was around a 10 minute walk and Anne Frank’s house around 20 minutes. Directions were helpful for travel from the airport to the apartment. Access was easy to arrange. Advice was shared on arrival and available during the stay. There were some lovely small thoughtful touches which added to the welcome e.g. a variety of spices, plugs and leads, soaps etc.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely, peaceful neighbourhood. Within walking distance of city centre. Menno had kindly left drinks & treats for us & he was very helpful & always responded quickly to any query. As everyone mentions, the stairs are steep but we had no problem & we’re not spring chickens! But if you have mobility issues you may struggle

This Airbnb was strangely unique in the best way — full of character and charm! It was spotless, centrally located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to return.
