Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Cozy bright 2-room apartment with 48 m² of living space for 2 persons in Karlsruhe on the ground floor in an apartment building. The apartment offers one bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and a large living room with open kitchen. The highlight is the terrace with a small garden south-west orientation. Downtown Karlsruhe can be reached by car in 5 minutes or by bus in 10 minutes (stop 100 m away). In the immediate vicinity about 150 m are two large discount stores.

The bathroom is modern and offers a walk-in shower with a washer dryer (washer and dryer in one). The toilet is separate. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car. A vehicle can be parked on the property.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a detached modern house. Free, secure parking in the cul-de-sac. S-Bahn station and service centre, Netto market with bakery, pizzeria and pharmacy is only about 150 m away. The quiet, direct forest location is an ideal starting point for jogging or for bike tours through the Hardtwald, the green lung of Karlsruhe. A lockable bicycle room can be provided on request.

Take a little break in our lovingly furnished holiday room. The room is located on the basement of our detached house and with its 25 sqm has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not accessible) and is locked by our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), desk, kitchen and seating area. In the private bathroom, there are towels and hair dryers.

Our apartment is nestled in the old town center of Leopoldshafen with a wonderful view to the south. Karlsruhe can be easily reached by tram. In summer, you can relax and refresh yourself after sightseeing or working in the nearby lake.

A sweet air-conditioned attic studio with kitchenette and feel-good bathroom is available to my guests. Also ideal for business travelers. Everything you need is there, which makes the stay very pleasant. No children are allowed here.
