This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

Welcome to the cozy seaside resort of Egmond by the sea. In this quiet street, just 600m from the beach and cozy center, there is a cozy studio for two. The studio is completely renovated and equipped with a kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. In addition, there is a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The separate living room with living and sleeping area is cozy and cozy. A small terrace is located in front of the studio.

Writers' cabin/holiday home 'Little Hemingway' is ideal for lazy reading holidays. Our cottage has plenty of books in the closet! There is also an opportunity to write. If you don't want all this, enjoy the peace, the sea and the dunes in our picturesque Egmond. Our cottage is small but very warm and cosy, and has a ditto attic. 3 minutes walk from the beach. Please note: from 1 July to 1 September, the cottage can only be booked per week, from Saturday to Saturdays.

Studio has private entrance and living area with 2 pers box spring and kitchen with fridge and 2 ring hob and private bathroom. Bed linen, towels and kitchen textiles are all included. It is recommended to bring (or rent) bicycles. Access tickets for dune area on loan.

Just north of the lighthouse, 100 m. from the beach and the dunes, is our cozy cottage for 1 - 3 people. The village center is about 300 meters away. When you come back from the beach, you can enjoy the sun on your own terrace. In the late and early season you can also come to us for a weekend, midweek or a few individual holidays. We only rent to tourists without babies. We do not rent to foreign employees/temporary agencies.

Studio ‘De Zwaaihoek’ is located in the old village centre of Egmond aan den Hoef, a small village between dune and sea from where you can spend a quiet or active holiday, both in summer and in winter. The summer house is 500 meters away from the dunes, and 2 km from the sea. The studio was newly built in 2021.
