The kitchen, living and bathroom are downstairs, the bedroom with clothing and dresser is upstairs. Which is also very nice; in Egmond aan den Hoef, there is free parking and you will always find a parking space for your car...!

Our studio is full of comforts with a lovely 160x210 bed. A private kitchen, lovely shower and TV with Netflix. It is a quiet street and everything is within walking distance. Our beach has many beautiful, nice and cozy beach tents with very good food and beautiful wines. Our village is very cozy. Nice shops and nice restaurants. The nature in the area is beautiful. Egmond aan Zee - Nice house near beach and dunes!

Just north of the lighthouse, 100 m. from the beach and the dunes, is our cozy cottage for 1 - 3 people. The village center is about 300 meters away. When you come back from the beach, you can enjoy the sun on your own terrace. In the late and early season you can also come to us for a weekend, midweek or a few individual holidays. We only rent to tourists without babies. We do not rent to foreign employees/temporary agencies.
