WOW House Alkmaar 100 m² with roof terrace

Have fun with the whole family or group of friends in our quirky house. It's a 10 minute walk from the city centre of Alkmaar and 7 minutes to the train station. The train can take you directly to Amsterdam in 35 minutes. A return train ticket costs roughly €19 There is free gated parking, which is a 300 meter walk from the house. As well as paid parking right in front for €26 a day. Alkmaar is an old Dutch city just like Amsterdam but smaller. Enjoy the canals great food and cozy atmosphere.

Holiday Home Mila

Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

In misschien wel het leukste laantje van het mooie Bergen, verwelkomen wij een ieder die in een pittoresk vrijstaand huisje met eigen terras op comfortabele sfeervolle manier wenst te verblijven. Het huisje kent een eigen opgang. Beneden bevinden zich de keuken (geen vaatwasser), eettafel, zithoek met 2 fauteuils, TV en badkamer met douche en toilet. Gaan we via de houten wenteltrap naar boven kom je onder het puntdak alwaar een goed 2-persoonsbed en opbergruimte te vinden zijn. Welkom!

Villazout2 (use in outdoor sauna Nov, Dec, Jan)

The cottage is suitable for a couple, solo adventurers, families (with children) and pets. A conveniently and centrally located Summer house in Egmond aan Zee with the possibility to use an outdoor sauna. ( on request)in winter months, from November to March Within 2 minutes you are on the beach and in the cozy fishing village with the many shops and terraces . The cottage has been totally renovated in the spring of 2022 and equipped with underfloor heating, heat pump and solar panels.

Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back a spacious garden room with fireplace and in addition a private garden. The garden room can be heated with the fireplace . In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Lovely apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!
