Wellbeing in Hamburg

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung (die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und in 10 Minuten erreichst Du das große Einkaufszentrum und die U-Bahn). Diverse Einzelhandelsgeschäfte (Bäckerei, Kiosk und verschiedene Supermärkte) sind in der Nähe zu finden. Dazu sind Parks und ein sehr großes Naturschutzgebiet fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert. Sie ist sonnig und angenehm ruhig. Ein Außenrollo dunkelt den Schlafbereich komplett ab.

Enjoy the pleasant life in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. The beautiful and cozy 1.5 room apartment in the east of Hamburg has short distances to the bus and S-Bahn as well as to the A25 motorway towards HH-Centrum. The 55m2 apartment is modernly decorated and has floor heating. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a detached house. It has a separate access via a narrow staircase. The apartment is ideal for singles, couples or a family with toddler.

Cozy Elbe Apartment Eleonore

Die Wohnung liegt im ländlichen Hamburg Ochsenwerder in einem 100 jährigen Einfamilienhaus. In 200 m Entfernung fährt der Bus in ca.31 min in die City (auch nachts). Eure Gastgeber haben einen Teenager Sohn und einen Hund und wohnen über Euch. Die Einrichtung wurde im shabby chic Look gestaltet, es wurden zum Beispiel Treibhölzer aus der Elbe als Regale verwendet. Die Elbe ist 400 Meter entfernt. Deckenhöhe in der gesamten Wohnung ist 2,10 Meter!!! Radfahrer willkommen.

We are happy to welcome you to our annex of our detached house in the green oasis of Hamburg. You will stay wonderfully quietly and greenly and are still in 30 minutes by bike or bus in the city of Hamburg. Everything you need for a few days on site will be provided to you by us. The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.

Beautiful accommodation with 2 spacious rooms in our restored farmhouse. Ideal for couples or families with 2 kids. You live close to nature and are still in the city in 20 minutes. The perfect base for those seeking relaxation or families. Large garden with chickens, sheep and an apiary. Peace and quiet in the countryside and yet very close to Hamburg.
