Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Die ca. 90 m² große Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Ein kostenloser PKW-Abstellplatz befindet sich bei der Unterkunft. Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in kürzester Zeit an allen wichtigen Orten wie Innsbruck, Seefeld (bekannter Urlaubsort), Mieminger Plateau etc. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Auch Ausflüge in beliebte Wandergebiete wie das Ötztal oder Stubaital erreicht man schnell - auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
