Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant room climate and the black-out curtains for undisturbed sleep. The apartment has a private entrance with small patio outside. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. On foot you can reach in about 4 min. two shops: Penny (8:00-23:00) and REWE City (8:00-24:00)

Welcome to my studio with a separate entrance. A well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area for 2 people awaits you. From the box-spring bed you have a view into the garden. The shower room is newly renovated. You can walk to the bus stations on Frohmestrasse. There are also all shops, post office and restaurants. The exit of the A 7, Schnelsen, is around the corner.
