Dream apartment 116 square meters in the idyllic village of Stöckte. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 large kitchen-living room, 1 shower room and a large light-flooded living-dining room with magnificent views directly onto the lake. There is a terrace, 40 square meters, of which 11 square meters are covered. Direct access to the lake makes the apartment unsuitable for small children. A charming small, older but renovated apartment on the 1st floor it has about 50 m2 and a slightly smaller bathroom with shower, the apartment is located on the outskirts of Hamburg in the beautiful Vier and Marschlande directly at Lake Oortkaten with surf and swimming facilities. Public transport and an Edeka are within walking distance in 10 minutes,travel time about 40 minutes to the city center, can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. Washing machine and dryer can also be used by arrangement.

Beautiful City-Apartment next to Town Hall

Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

Quiet apartment by the city park

The apartment in the heart is located in the Winterhude district directly on the city park and on the premises is a direct access to the canal. It is located right outside the door of shopping and various good restaurants in the vicinity. A good train connection is within 5-10 minutes' walk.
