The garden loft is located in the center of Murau, directly on the Murpromenade. On 2 floors (approx. 80 qm) it offers a spacious living, dining and 2 sleeping areas. Highlights are the continuous glass front with a view of the Mur and the garden, as well as the covered terrace with lounge area and dining table. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom (double bed, incl. door). On the 2nd floor are more sleeping possibilities: 1 double bed and 2 single beds (bunk bed) - both in the open space.

Die Innenstadt ist in 10 min mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Drei E-Ladestationen befinden sich vor dem Haus.

Our cozy Zirbitz hut with sauna and fireplace is located directly on the edge of the forest with magnificent views of the mountains of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen nature park at an altitude of 1050 meters. The hiking trails start right at your doorstep; the snow-guaranteed ski resort of Grebenzen can be reached in a few minutes. On the spacious, partly covered terrace you can hear the sound of the nearby mountain stream, sun worshippers will get their money's worth here

In the spacious apartment you will stay in a separate house and enjoy your vacation. We are happy to prepare a breakfast according to your wishes – from classic to hearty and traditional, almost exclusively from our own production! In ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man den wunderschönen Erlaufsee (mit dem Auto), das Zentrum von Mariazell mit seiner schönen Basilika und einigen Geschäften schafft man in ca. 25 min zu Fuß.
