We were very pleased with the apartment, everything was so lovely. You can tell they put effort thinking of the little details, Nothing was missing. The view from the apartment was beautiful, the check in was nice and easy.

A very nice place, with everything one needs during the stay. Close to the center of the town and university. Julia is a very helpful host, always ready to answer my questions. I recommend this apartament! 🙂

Although we booked very short notice, everything was perfectly prepared and communication with Nadja was hassle-free and accommodating. We had a great stay at this wonderful attic apartment and enjoyed the time in Graz very much!

The place was very spacious and it was located very centrally which made it super easy to get to places. We were provided with everything that we needed for our long term stay (1 month). Christoph himself was very responsive and always available if we needed anything. Can definitely recommend this place!

We stayed for a few days in Martin's apartement and it was perfect. The location is near the center with a great public transport connection. In front of the house you have a supermarket and an delicious italian restaurant. the apartement was clean and warm with a lot of space for our family of three

One of the most wonderful places we've ever had! A beautiful, spacious apartment – very tastefully decorated! If Graz, then only with Moritz. <3 It was indescribably beautiful and quiet. The kitchen was perfect for five people, the beds very cozy! The bathroom was also sensational. Parking was possible in the yard. Moritz is so accommodating and lovable! 5 stars ********* Art museum and downtown are seven minutes walking distance – even with small people. :) A huge thank you! Ba ba, and hopefully until soon!

We spent two really nice days here. The highlight is the hotpot and sauna. Super friendly welcome and everything went smoothly. Thanks to Matthias :)

We had a great stay! We were 8 adults and 2 children for a girls weekend and lived in both parts of the house (upper floor and basement, separate, only accessible from the outside). The upper kitchen-living room is perfect as a central lounge, there is a nice couch area, a large dining table for max. 8 people and a very well equipped kitchen. The garden is lovingly designed and maintained and the surroundings are quiet and beautiful. The house is clean, child-friendly and comfortably furnished, there is e.g. a games room with lots of toys, changing table, baby cot, etc. The communication with Michael worked great! We are completely satisfied and can only recommend the house!

We felt very comfortable in Hanni's color barn. The place was just as described - quiet & perfect for relaxing. Hanni was always available & especially the free bike rental pleased us very much, as we could easily & quickly explore the city. Hanni was always available for questions & otherwise we always had a nice conversation with her and her family. We will be happy to come back!!

We spent a short vacation with our dogs at Harald's, with the aim of also watching the MotoGP at the Red Bull Ring. The apartment is extremely functional and pretty; the garden offers several seating areas, and the motorcycle was housed in the garage. There is a private space in front of the house for the car. We will certainly be happy to come back.

Great communication, and great apartment

Margit and Harald's apartment is a real 5-star accommodation. Super clean, modernly furnished and cozy. The two are incredibly warm hosts and always gave us valuable tips for exploring the region. The place is highly recommended without a doubt!

Apartment was small but big enough for 2 people. It was very clean and located in a nice area. Also plenty of hiking spots that can be reached in a short distance by car. The neighbor who received us was also very friendly and welcomed us in a nice way. Communication with Gabor also went smoothly.

First of all, the apartment was great and the location was a dream to be. Amazing view over Graz. Maria did a great job, apartment was perfectly prepared. The air conditioner is really a dream come true on hot days. If we come to Graz again, Maria would be our first choice again. Thanks again

Milena's place leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment is spacious, kitchen, bathroom and living area are very well equipped. Due to the backyard location, it was very quiet even with the proximity to the center. You can easily find a parking space in the vicinity, which can be used for free from 20:00 to 9:00. Sights, good restaurants and nightlife are abundant in Graz. Milena is very likeable and available for information at any time. We felt completely comfortable. Highly recommended!

This apartment was a wonderful place to return to each evening while I was taking a course nearby. I stayed about 2 weeks. Endless hot water and a great bath, a pretty well equipped kitchen for cooking, a bicycle, (no helmet provided), excellent heating and lots of space. A little dark inside being on the ground floor, but this didn’t bother me as I was out for most of the day at course. Close to the Augarten (park) and river, and old city. Lots of little touches that I appreciated: candles, umbrella, shoe horn, and flexible with check out time. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Thankyou for a comfortable and great stay. Highly recommended
