Right in the center of Barcelona, next to Plaza Urquinaona, this apartment is perfect for those looking for a comfortable and functional place in the city. Both quiet and close to the main tourist areas. A few steps from Las Ramblas, Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracias. An ideal location to visit the historic center, and the trendy commercial areas by foot. Perfectly connected by metro and bus. Right in a commercial area, this apartment offers a perfect combination for those who want to stay close to the main tourist, business and spare time attractions, but in a quiet and safe place. To the south of l'Eixample, it borders the Borne and Gothic neighborhoods, making it a strategic spot to start the best city tours. Located in a newly built farm, we enter the apartment through a long corridor that ends up in the main living room. There is a living room with a comfortable sofa that can be turned into a double bed, a big windows and a TV. This space, without any physical division, turns into a dining room when you turn right, since it is built into a practical and functional fully equipped kitchen-office. It has a double bedroom and a double bed. It is spacious and has two wardrobes. A spacious and fully equipped bathroom, made of noble marble, completes you stay. The southern part of the neighborhood is called Ensanche (l'Eixample). At 50 meters from Plaza Urquinaona, and at 200 meters from Plaza Cataluña it offers one the most central locations we can find in the city. Multiples stores of all kinds, trendy restaurants and bars, as well as the main commercial areas will make its visitors only regret not having enough time to get to know everything this place has to offer. If we walk towards the sea, we can choose the path to the right, with the most emblematic buildings such as the Cathedral, museums and unavoidable markets, their entangled streets that are an invitation to indulge into their never ending attractions. On the contrary, if we choose the path to the left, we will go through the bohemian neighborhood of Borne, Santa María del Mar and their incredible stores, their streets and buildings that offer the person passing by a pleasant surprise when discovering every corner in it. If we go towards the north, we will immediately reach the elegant Paseo de Gracia and Rambla de Cataluña, so we can go through stately Barcelona to finally reach the Avenida Diagonal. In the very heart of Eixample, this is just steps away from Paseo de Gracia. The area surrounding the apartment: In the more residential part of town, known as the Eixample, the Irles is a great choice for anyone's visit to Barcelona.. this area is Barcelona´s 19th, Close to some of the nicer and grander streets of Barcelona there is lots of atmosphere and energy as there are many cafes, restaurants and clubs not very far from at all..also nearby is the gay area, known as the "Gaixample"

Renovated apartment in a quiet and centrical neighborhood. You are located between the Plaza España and the city center, a position which give you the opportunity to walk to any place of interest. The Eixample neighborhood is filled with shops and restaurants. At only 2 minutes of the building you will find a stop of direct bus to the airport, as well as a metro station (Urgell) from which you will be able to move to any zone of the rest of the city with great facility.

Daily tourist tax and per person included in the price. Very bright and with a nice terrace with views. Located in a quiet street and close to Passeig de Gràcia (8 min. walk), this apartment, ideal for a couple, is in the heart of one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Barcelona, the Gràcia neighborhood.
