Located in a historic building, the space is defined by its grand, spacious rooms, high ceilings, and abundant natural light pouring in from tall windows. The space is organized around an expansive drawing room, and features two large double bedrooms. You will have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay. We invite you to make yourself at home and enjoy the full comfort and character of our space. This is our family home, and we rent it out when we are away, so we will not be present during your stay. You will have complete privacy. However, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or provide local recommendations via the app to ensure you have a wonderful time in Barcelona. Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
