My family of 14 enjoyed ourselves here to the fullest. The house is picture perfect. Quick check in, clean, and host was attentive. Will be happy to stay here again.

Very nice accommodation, accessible and with the necessary amenities, the sea is about 3 minutes walking, beautiful sunset, the very kind and attentive guardian, only carry repellent around the area there are mosquitoes, the house is equal to the images shown💯, I would return to stay as a family again.

Our family had an unforgettable stay at this stunning beach house! The ocean views were breathtaking, and the home was modern, spotless, and spacious. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, with fresh-smelling sheets and cozy pillows and mattresses. The pool was crystal clear, and the yard was beautifully maintained—perfect for relaxing. The caretaker Benjamin was amazing, always available and even made a fire for us one evening. A special highlight was meeting the kind neighbor across the street who prepared delicious breakfasts and dinners during our stay. Very nice beach house. Everything written and described in AirBnB is true Everything is as it says. Don Walter, (the guardian) doña Paty (The lady who cleans the house and who cooks for an additional fee) and Mizxi, (the daughter of Doña Paty) cook for a daily fee, they are very friendly and respectful. Mizxi, excellent cook. Everything that made us eat was very tasty. my family and I will book this house again when we come back to visit Guatemala. 100%+ recommended beach house.
