This is a modern, child-friendly, 2 bedroom air conditioned apartment in the San Luis area of Torrevieja . 35 minutes from Alicante Airport. It's a very peaceful & relaxing location which overlooks two salt lakes. We are opposite a large communal swimming pool with a small pool for young children. We have a large private roof terrace, also overlooking the natural park and pool, with two sunbeds, a table and chairs. The region enjoys 300+ days sunshine. Shops, bars & dining are a 5-10minute walk

The house is a solarium of about 60 square meters, it is built on the first floor with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen , bathroom , terrace ,TV , Private Pool (Pool ), WiFFI , A/A. We are 5km from the center of Torrevieja and at that same distance is the beach and 1km the salt pans or red sea rich in jodo for skin care and on the other side the lake and natural landscape of Torrevieja la Mata for hiking and about 150 meters bars , restaurants , shops and bus stop .etc, etc.
