We had a pleasant stay. The advertisement is exactly what it is. We were greeted by Yvette, very friendly and understanding following our late arrival. We ate several times at the Che Loco restaurant which I recommend, quality, welcome and very good atmosphere accessible at 800m. Thanks to Kevin and Yvette.

My stay in Quesada, Spain was a truly wonderful experience. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Each room had a modern decor, and the pool was clean and refreshing — a perfect way to cool down on warm days. Quesada is a small but beautiful town. The local restaurants offer delicious Spanish food, and there are great options nearby for visiting the coast. The town is peaceful and safe, making it an ideal place to relax. I wholeheartedly recommend this place — whether you're looking for a quiet vacation or want to explore a bit of local culture, Quesada has something for everyone. And 10 out of 10 for the host.

Great stay, perfect hosts, perfect communication. We highly recommend the house, it is very well-equipped. On the other hand, you need a car.

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Together with 3 friends, I stayed in Sylvia's beautiful, cozy house. We had a really lovely time! The house has every comfort, clean, tidy and cozy. The beds are very good. We found the spacious, sunny garden with sunbeds to be a big advantage. It is also very nice that you walk into the village of San Miguel in no time; the supermarket, bakery and various cozy restaurants are within walking distance. The beach and shopping center are easy to drive to. In addition, the apartment is well insulated, we were not bothered by noise from the neighbors or from the outside. The communication with Sylvia has also been very pleasant. We recommend this holiday home to everyone!

Thank you Carmela and Berend for a beautiful place to stay. After a long day sight seeing it was great to come back to a beautiful tranquil house and area to relax. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The house was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. There was even an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and straighteners available. Thanks again. Excellent place. Stylish and modern with a home feel. The home has everything ready for you so you don't need to worry which was a great relief. Pablo speaks good English and we communicated in the week leading up to us staying and can't fault him or the place. Will be one of those places you will return to every time.

Due to an issue with a previous accommodation we had to find something else. Christian was very accommodating and helped us out with the transition. The place is stunning and has everything you can wish for. The beach and some restaurants are in walkable distance, but a car is still beneficial to explore the wider area. Altogether we really enjoyed our stay and can certainly recommend it.

Stayed here for 2 weeks with a group of friends and it was fantastic. Super comfortable beds, spacious rooms and great location. 30 second walk to the markets. The pool was absolutely stunning also. I would absolutely stay here again!

Affordable accommodation within walking distance of Torrevieja, beaches and city center. Close to the good running area. Both urban and in nature what a quiet area but still with proximity to everything you need. Both we and the teenagers had a great time.

beautiful house with a very nice heated pool, each bedroom has its own bathroom and the house is easily liveable with 6 people. There is a small shopping centre nearby so it is easy to get groceries and other necessities. We do recommend hiring a car to visit a lot of the nearby cities and villages. overall we loved our stay and would certainly recommend this house

We had a great stay! Tons of stuff to do around the house. We had little kids with us and found plenty of playgrounds and parks nearby. The house is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. The house offers everything you need. Definitely recommend

We a family of nine had a fantastic time. We have been in this area a few times because I just love it. For me off season is the best time quiet yet loads to do. The villa was amazing and the views were brilliant. But you definitely need to be fit or drive it is super hilly on this side of the golf course 🤣. I'm not really all that fit but we managed the hills 🤣 lots of slaging from the kids encouraged me to concur the hill of death. On this really steep hill at the top on the right hand side give a wave the chap who lives there gets a kick out of watching people climb that hill. The local taxi guy's were fantastic and super friendly. I would highly recommend this property and hope to be back 👍👍👍👍👍
