Nice place and great location!

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

Perfect family home for our stay. Had everything we needed for us both and our 2 children. Travel cot, bed guard, clean towels, spotlessly clean place. Will definitely stay here again.

Like other reviewers before us we cannot speak highly enough about the 2 Anna's and this beautiful house which we were lucky enough to call home for 3 months. The house is beautifully presented and the photos do not do it justice. The garden and pool are excellently maintained and are an oasis of peace and tranquility, not to mention a great spot for family fun. The house is beautifully laid out and has everything and more that is needed for comfort and convenience. On cold winter nights we enjoyed the open fire immensely and this added to the cosiness of the house. The location of the house could not be better as the proximity to the beach and restaurants and bars are a mere 10 minute walk. We cannot wait to visit again. Mariël and Radjin are wonderful hosts. Very nice reception, clear in communication and very helpful. Casa Cuco was exactly as described. Quiet but centrally located, close to the city center, playa del Cura, playa los locos and the habaneras. The house was sparkling clean. Very competitively priced for this quality. We will definitely book with Mariël and Radjin again!

New, well maintained property with a heated swiming pool. We had a nice stay, communication was good all the way.

The house is great, it has everything you can ask for in the house, conpleted kitchen, it has a spectacular patio is huge, the beach 4 minutes with promenade with many bars and if you want to walk to Santa Pola in 40 minutes you arrive, by car 5 min. Luciana very kindly welcomed us and let us in before the hour, she put us several messages if everything was okay, she answers very quickly the messages, the truth that I would repeat this house. 100% recommended.

Great contact with the owner and keyholder. Oliver even came by on New Year's with a bottle of wine😀. A house to feel good in beautiful Spanish style (I don't like the new clean white). Furnished with everything you need. Perfect residential area: well inhabited, yet very quiet; within walking distance in 15 minutes. Beach and La Zenia Boulevard are accessible. Very nice neighbors. Will definitely come back!

Highly recommended. Clean, comfortable apartment with everything you need. Including beach chairs and an umbrella. The beach is 600 meters directly. Inside the complex there is a real green area and a good size swimming pool. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. The prices ARE VERY AFFORDABLE, the choice is huge and the quality is on the level. The living room is very hospitable and friendly. Reality exceeded expectations. Recommended again. Yuri, Natalia

The apartment was really easy to find and the host gave us very precise instructions prior to arrival about the property and security. The apartment was great!, it looked just like the images, was clean and very safe for our children. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, the location was ideal for us, lovely private pools and the beach was amazing...we had a car which i would recommend as there is alot to do in the area, great restaurants and shopping. Peters place was exactly as described. My mother is in a nursing home in the next street so was a fantastic location for us. Can’t wait to go back in the summer to make use of the large balcony too

Very nice apartment with great and roomy roof terrace! Very good location by the beach and bars. If you have car there is a convenient parking downstairs. We also stored our rental bikes downstairs. This place is ideal for cycling trips! Only small downsize during our stay was the noise coming from nearby flying school. We highly recommend this place.

Pablo the perfect host. Helpful and communicative. Stay in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood and about three minutes walk to the beach. The apartment itself is worth the price. All the amenities from the description, and even more than you expected. Everyone had their own room. There was even an airfryer. The dishwasher cubes were also included, and the host thought of everything.

This was a really fantastic experience. The house is very cozy and modern with all the necessary utensils in good condition . Very well located , in a quiet area, being able to go both to the village and the beach on foot . The owner was lovely with a lot of flexibility in the schedules , very attentive to everything we could need at all times . We will definitely repeat .

Nice host. Everything was as advertised

We have stayed in the Roda resort many times, but I have to say this is by far the nicest property. The apartment was immaculate, plenty of TV channels to watch in the evening as it was January and a little too cold to stay out and about too late. The bed was the comfiest bed I think I've ever slept in. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. Michael and Sue were very prompt at replying to any questions and very friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely, peaceful, relaxing holiday, would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️

Felix's apartment is beautiful, spacious, has a nice balcony, full of comforts and has a great bed! You can walk to the sea within 5 minutes. Good restaurants are nearby. Alicante is worth a visit. We had wonderful days and we definitely recommend Felix's B&B!

Sergio was an excellent host. His apartment is exactly as described and clean. The complex is lovely and we loved the heated outdoor pools. Such a bonus to have a private hot tub on the terrace. We would return.
