We had a wonderful long weekend, perfect for exploring both the beach and town side of Valencia. Juan was the most accommodating host and we could not recommend the flat more enough. Perfect for a girls trip!

The accommodation was as described, perfect for our family, very comfortable, extremely clean and perfectly located. We recommend Maria Belen for her generosity, kindness, and smile. Very pleasant stay for a goodbye. Frederic is always very attentive to everything, kind and willing, even adapted the sofa for a night that we were more people. A phenomenal location to spend a few days both in the house and in the environment so pleasant that surrounds it. Close to natural areas to enjoy and very nice villages. We will certainly repeat.

Beautifully and comfortably furnished apartment. The accommodation is located close to the beach and restaurants. Within 5 minutes walk there are two supermarkets. The host communicated very well and the arrival process is very intuitive also thanks to the host's instructions.

We had a great time, the area is super quiet, near the accommodation there are a lot of restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, the beach of the fountains and some beautiful routes around the lighthouse area. The house is perfect, it has everything you need to spend a few days as if you were at your own home, it is newly renovated and everything is brand new. One small drawback is that sometimes, and especially when it rained, the pipes in the downstairs bathroom smelled bad. Despite this, we loved our stay and would definitely repeat it, we recommend staying at Scot's house.
