Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Quiet and easy to access, next to a campsite where there were not many people given the season. The listing is located in a complex with many listings. Unused basement parking because it's a little narrow to my liking. The environment is peaceful compared to the rest of the city of Orpesa where there are many building bars. The property is nice and well arranged. It lacked equipment (kettle, coffee maker, dryer etc.) and was rather dirty with a lot of dust (probably because it was not occupied before) especially the terrace. Very comfortable bedding. Communication with the host very easy by messaging.

Thank you for the nice days in your great apartment which you have furnished with love, stylishly and harmoniously, we felt very comfortable. The view of the sea and the palm trees from the living room, one of the bedrooms and the balcony is fantastic. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, perfect for us. Short distances from the underground parking space to the apartment, excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. Aldi and Mercadona are within walking distance in 3 minutes. Tip, in the Mercadonna back left, food is cooked daily and various food can be taken away. We ate very well and inexpensively at the Acapulco restaurant a few steps south of the apartment towards the sea. There is local cuisine and also very delicious pizza. Too bad we have to go home already!

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed. We were welcomed by Rob, and Rob and Teresa went out of their way to enable us early entry. The flat is beyond spotless, everything was extremely comfortable and homey so tastefully done. The fridge was stocked with butter, water, milk, just very thoughtful, there is coffee and shower gel washing machine liquid, the list is endless and quite honestly the best stocked apartment I have ever stayed in. There is a full sized bathroom and kitchen with a lovely living space with the bed positioned off the living room. There is plenty of storage and hangers 😂. The position of the flat on Las Fuentes beach - promenade is perfect you can hear the waves crashing on the beach at night and the flat is in a beautiful peaceful gated community. Do NOT hesitate to book this apartment we stayed for a week and I could have stayed longer. I will definitely return.

We felt welcome in the accommodation, you can get around by metro very easily anywhere in Valencia. The hostess is very kind and understanding.

We have stayed in this apartment in Sagunto Playa and it was an excellent experience. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach and with everything you need nearby. The apartment is equipped with all kinds of comforts and full of small details designed to make guests feel at home. Everything was extremely clean!! And the hostess was very friendly and helpful at all times. Thank you very much for everything! Definitely a place we'll be back to, 100% recommended!

A stay of 10! The house was spotless - everything was very clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the living-dining room and kitchen super well-equipped, and the bathroom is super clean. The terrace is also very cool, although we didn't get to use it. But what really made the difference was Antonio's details. Upon arrival, we find ourselves with water, coffee, chocolate, milk… a little detail! And the most beautiful thing: they had prepared a special little corner for my baby who touched our hearts. Also, although in the listing they did not appear a high chair or bathtub, I asked and in a blink of an eye we already had them. That kind of attention and affection is what makes Antonio a super host. 100% recommendable. Thank you for everything, Antonio!

We just had a dreamy week with the family in Carlos and Cristina's beautiful home! We liked everything: first of all the very protected and privileged place of the Playetas, the quiet and residential area a few minutes from the beach, the lovely garden neat by professionals, the very nice decoration and impeccable cleanliness of the house, the comfort of modern bedding and bathrooms and the large terrace ideal for aperitifs, dinners and lively games! When we left, we were lucky enough to meet our hosts, absolutely charming, warm and welcoming people, whom we thank and highly recommend.

The place was amazing and felt like home. Clean and peaceful and next to the beach which was amazing. We loved our stay and Nadia was more thank helpful with suggestions and a late check out which was wonderful considering our schedule. We would definitely recommend a stay here and a perfect 10

Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

located in the center of the city , you have everything at hand. the parking is not easy but giving a couple of turns you park.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a lovely property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

Villa Rosa could not come more highly recommended. We stayed here for a week and almost instantly found peace. We worked for the week and had comfortable lodgings, peaceful surroundings, access to great ammenities and also - great internet. Tatiana was a pro host - we would gladly return

Our stay in Lidia's apartment was great. The enclosure where it is located is very quiet and the pool is great (you can be in it until twelve at night). Lidia has been a very good host and promptly resolves any questions you may have. To put a pero, missing utensils in the kitchen. It's a topic that other users have commented on. But in general it is a very recommended stay to rest but close to the beach and the town center.

We have been two adults and a child for 4 days. The place was clean and had all the amenities. Located close to the beach and restaurants. Communication with Daniel was very easy and quick, I was always aware that we were comfortable, Mariana who was the person who welcomed us was lovely. All in all we have been very comfortable. the house is very good, everything is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything to be quiet for a few days. but above all the spectacular terrace. close to the beach . everything was extremely well . we will definitely repeat. the layout of the house is very good. And although we do not use it to have a pool even though it is shared 10 steps from the apartment it is very good complement.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

We spent a fabulous family weekend at Victoria's apartment. Both the common facilities and the apartment are ideal for taking a few days of relaxation and rest ( the pool 🏊‍♂️ is on the floor of the apartment) Great for families 👨‍👨‍👦 or couples 👨‍❤️‍👨 looking to disconnect. All very spacious, clean and tidy. They take care of all the details 🔟 The beach🌊 and walk 50 steps away. ♥️♥️♥️WE'LL BE BACK♥️♥️ ♥️

Functional apartment and very well located. Close to the sea, close to 2 large supermarkets and the swimming pool (everything was within walking distance). Some restaurants near the apartment including the Pep's restaurant with excellent value for money. The pool is very large and supervised. Private underground parking. The apartment is well equipped and the L-shaped terrace allows you to eat and hang out the laundry without worries. The residence is quiet although it is very large. The fruit and vegetable market, twice a week, is right across from the apartment, so no need to stock up and plan too many errands. The seaside resort is very clean, and only Spaniards, we saw very few foreign tourists. There is also a gas station on the corner, as well as a bakery. Maria is very nice, and responds quickly to questions.

Jose is a friendly and efficient host. Your apartment is very good location and has everything you need to enjoy a few days at the beach. We will be back!
