Located in the downtown area, it has the Alimerka supermarket on the same street. A 5-minute walk away is Lidl, Mercadona and the Los Fresnos shopping center (Carrefour, shops, cinemas, etc.). You can walk to both San Lorenzo and Poniente beaches in 15 minutes. In addition to the rooms with beds, there is another with a desk and space to put suitcases, bicycles, etc. Ramp in the doorway and elevator. Parking 500 meters away and free street parking. The Dalí Apartment has 3 bedrooms: the main one with a 150cm double bed, another with 2 90cm single beds and the other with a 90cm single bed and a desk perfect for teleworking. Fully equipped living room - kitchen, WIFI, smart TV... and 2 full bathrooms. Very large and spacious, great for 5 people. Discovering Gijón and feeling at home is possible! Our newly renovated house is in an ideal area to explore the beautiful city of Gijón. 5 min. from the famous Begona Park, and just behind the Fresnos mall, our area is full of local restaurants. The beach is 15 minutes past downtown. In short, you can leave the car in the parking lot that is two parallel streets from the house and will explore the city on foot. Our house is small, but very cozy and comfortable.
