Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Gijón

The little house in the square is a lovely place to spend a few quiet days. Its location is exceptional and the area is spectacular, both for its vegetation and for its tranquility. Daniel has been attentive to us at all times and recommended activities and places to visit. The house was very clean and tidy and there was no lack of detail. Our stay was unbeatable.

Carmen's house is simply fabulous, full of beautiful details with plenty of rooms to enjoy and a spacious kitchen where we could comfortably be 4 couples and some kids. The outdoor area is very spacious (it should be noted that there is plenty of room for 4 or 5 cars) and it also has several areas to explore and eat or have a drink watching the sunset. It is surrounded by nature in a beautiful area. In general, we were very comfortable and Carmen was aware that we did not lack anything and she was very attentive and willing to solve some little unexpected that arose. The only "drawbacks" that can be mentioned of the house are: access, since you arrive by a slightly narrow road (but well asphalted) and the sound of the cowgirls that can disturb at night to people sensitive to noise, but it is something that can be expected in a cottage in Asturias and is part of such an experience. We hope to repeat it someday.

A perfect place to disconnect and enjoy spectacular views all day long. Relatively close to all the emblematic sites of the province and with a tranquility and accessibility to take your dog that is greatly appreciated on a vacation.

The stay in the house was dreamy. It is just as described in the pictures. Careful decoration, beautiful and with great care. Nothing is missing. Comfortable beds, all the necessary utensils in kitchen and a spectacular garden. The excellent location, very close to Gijón and in a strategic place to visit Asturias. The area is very peaceful, ideal to disconnect. Communication with Jorge was excellent, a great person, attentive at all times that we were comfortable and left us as a detail a rich Asturian cake. Thank you for everything! If we come back in the area we will repeat :)

The accommodation is just as it is in the photos, on the ground floor of your house. We were going with a baby and they left us cribs and little things for their hygiene. They also offered to recommend things to us at all times, they were super attentive to us and even made us incredibly good homemade food. We felt right at home. It is a super quiet residential area and close to Gijón, Candás and the beach. It is an ideal place if you want to stay in the area and also if you want to move to know the area. They have ample parking.

Without a doubt it has been the best apartment we have ever been to. With great storage capacity and all the spotless appliances,very new. The terrace is great! The bed is comfortable which is greatly appreciated, with a high power hairdryer. The location of the apartment is perfect, you have everything by hand,supermarkets, market, bars...the apartment is large and very nice, but above all very clean. Unbeatable value for money! They have details like a kit for your pet to have where to drink and eat with their wipe☺️in addition to other details!! The 2 TVs are an added plus and with many channels. They have made us feel at home, which we must thank them for all the attention and kindness they have dedicated to us. Always willing to take care of us. I definitely recommend it 100%. Oviedo we loved it, we will repeat with them when we come back!! It has been a pleasure !!

Excellent place to spend a few days in Gijón, very close to the beach, well located. Loly is an excellent host, we maintained good communication, gave us recommendations to leave and allowed us to enter before the scheduled time, even gave us a present for having stayed there :) Undoubtedly a good place to spend a few days in the city, communication with a person is appreciated so it offers a good place to stop an end or on vacation.

Good location since it is 10' walking to the center, quiet area and easy parking and free. Alfonso is very friendly and flexible both when entering and leaving the apartment. The entire apartment, and impeccable cleanliness Totally recommended.

The first thing I want to say is that Oviedo is one of the most charming cities I know. Then I have to say that both Angel and Aurora were always attentive to all our requirements, including asking the occasional upstairs neighbor to stop communicating in vivo in the early morning. Regarding the apartment is simple, comfortable in its equipment and very well heated. In addition, it is in a neighborhood with all the services - up to the used post office -, quiet and very close to downtown and public transport. It was a VERY GOOD experience.

The apartment was just as Letty had told us, she was very attentive to us and always available for anything. Everything was perfectly clean and equipped, even more than the essentials, it had everything. Letty recommended several places to see and restaurants. Definitely a place to come back to.

Lorena was always attentive and communicated frequently. The bass is in the old town, very close to restaurants and bars and places to visit. But impossible to circulate and park the car. There is something to leave it in parking .
