House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. A place to recommend knowingly

We had a great time at this beautiful villa nestled in the Benslimane golf course. The setting is pleasant and peaceful, with a beautiful sunny outdoor pool and a well-maintained garden. We particularly appreciated the host's attention on arrival, such as water, coffee capsules, sodas... The kitchen is well equipped, with dishes and high chairs for children, which was very helpful to us. In short, the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, as if we were at home. A big thank you to Anass for his warm welcome and to Sophie for all the useful information and exchanges throughout our stay. We'll definitely be back.

A very nice stay in Skhirat! Omar was kind and helpful, so was his family. The accommodation on a beautiful location in the middle of a garden. The house itself is clean and comfortable. We are coming back ☺️

The house was in a great area, very close to the beach. There were nearby shops and restaurants to find food at. At night it got a little noisy but that might be just because of the season we came in with. Annie was very helpful and said if we needed anything just to let her know since she stays in a connected unit.

Because we were already very convinced of the great apartment during our first stay in November 2024, we booked it again and were happy residents this time too during 10 days.

The place was super clean, cozy, and even nicer than the pictures! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I felt right at home. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at the Stunning Ocean & Port View apartment. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the touristic area, with beautiful views of the port and ocean. It was easy to access the building, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was spotless and very well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout. The building staff were also kind and professional, adding to the positive experience. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would definitely come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area

A nice 2 room near the T4 tram. A supermarket is close by. Comfortable bed. No complaints about the price paid.

Ilyass is a rare host who goes above and beyond for his guests. He makes sure you know all the process and transport options if entering the country the first time straight from the airport. Always responsive no matter what time you reach out. His place is in a great location and 1 min walk to CasaPort Train Station which goes direct from Airport. Location is also very close to Hasan Masjid and Corniche as described. Also the building clean and secure with a security/concierge and entry via lockpad on door. Well furnished and includes washer/dryer and AC. Very relaxing and quality place and I will definitely be staying next time I am back. Additional Water and chocolate is a nice gesture during welcome.

Me and my parents had a great time staying at this apartment. Spacious, bright, and equipped with all the essentials, it offers excellent value for money. Self check-in and check-out are very convenient, and you really feel at home. The location is perfect, only 6 minutes from the beach and close to all amenities, with public transport nearby to get around easily. Sophia was very nice and was quick to respond to any questions I had. No complaints, I highly recommend it!

I’ve travelled to Morocco many times and this was the first time I’ve decided to go Airbnb instead of hotels! I must say being away from the typical destinations was worth it. The accommodation was at a high standard with an easy access to the beach and a Golf course. The location is very family friendly and the host was a great as she helped us to easily organise local trips to Rabat and Casablanca. Safaa’s place was a great find for us! Her apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There is an elevator so if you have mobility issues, this is a great choice. We would happily stay again and again!
