Monthly Rentals in El Moncayo

I spent 1 month at Cristian's place. I liked it very much and wanted to book for next year but unfortunately the apartment is already occupied. It is a very quiet area (September). I had the pool almost to myself, in 10 minutes I was at the beautiful beach. Be careful with the strong waves. I was alone and I had a folding bike so whether to La Mata or Quesada and Guardamar was no problem a car is already an advantage, (shopping)in Urbanisation are no shops only a restaurant/ bar I was mostly in Guardamar shopping at Mercadona. You can also take the bus. The place itself, clean It needed some work here and there, but for me absolutely no problem and no reason to complain. I really enjoyed it. Thanks 🤩

Excellent petfriendly accommodation. It has everything and more. Super equipped and full in each room. ideal to rest and enjoy the beach and go to the center of Alicante to tour. You have supermarkets and shopping centers a few kilometers away with a great variety of shops. We've had an amazing time at your house Sebastian. Very grateful for the communication and the welcome. We had a great holiday, exactly what we had been looking for. Living in Villa Azura was comfortable, the design was good, walking distance to the beach. Eugenie was super helpful!
