This is our 2nd stay at this Airbnb and we Love it! It’s very clean extremely spacious with bedrooms upstairs and the couches downstairs are big enough to sleep at as well. This place is so peaceful and quiet. Loved drinking my coffee from the balcony upstairs overseeing the beautiful scenery. The back porch has a very nice setup as well with a bbq pit and plenty of space to sit around relax and enjoy. Mrs. Jessica the host is excellent, very friendly and attentive to all our needs as well as recommending place to go to. I Highly recommend this place and give it a five-star rating.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a peaceful weekend enjoying time on the patio and enjoying the many amenities the resort has to offer. The cottage was clean and provided blankets, linens, and other necessities provided for our stay. The bed was comfortable and plenty of space in the home to lounge and spend time in. Thanks again!

Casita By The Texas Bay should definitely be your top choice! It is minutes near major stores, restaurants and South Padre Island. Ironically, you will feel secluded and able to enjoy the nature of the coast. The community was peaceful. In regards to cleanliness, I'm extremely selective. Yet, I was beyond satisfied with how well kept it is. With 3 bedrooms, it is very ample. It was stocked with necessities, and the check-in instructions were very clear. The backyard has a gorgeous view of the bay and island, and we even got a clear view of the fireworks Friday night. Aside from being the most perfect accommodation I've made at South Padre, Space X was the cherry on top. I went to the island for a wedding this weekend, but was blessed to witness the historic Space X launch. The front porch has a great view of the rocket's ascent to space. Close enough to feel and hear its magnificent roar of human accomplishment. I wish I could say more! From my family and I, THANK YOU Rocio!

I loved this place! It was the perfect size for my family of four. My boys had their own room and restroom on one side of the home. My sister and her son stopped by for one night and they slept on the sofa bed, it was as comfortable as a sofa bed can be. I’ve been renting at LIV for 18 years now and this home has been my favorite so far. The kitchen was very nice, but I would suggest new pots and pans. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit, I was able to wash wet suits and towels after our days at the beach and pool. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and reading. The ceiling fan made it very comfortable to sit out in the 90 degree weather. I would definitely rebook in the future!

The condo was absolutely wonderful — it truly felt like home. Very cozy and welcoming. Diana prepared a lovely basket of groceries, which was such a thoughtful touch. The neighborhood is fantastic: peaceful, quiet, with plenty of places to walk around and birds singing in the mornings. I highly recommend this place if you’re planning a trip to Brownsville!

The most accommodating and beautiful stay in town! We had a last minute need of booking a place while contractors did some work in my parents’ house in town and wow! The home and host exceeded all my family’s needs, wants and expectations to beyond! Firstly, the host replied to our request very quickly and allowed us to enter the home earlier than the time frame. Then, we requested an extension which she quickly dealt with. My elderly father usually sleeps on a recliner while my mom sleeps on the bed, this house had a perfectly situated room for that! My father even expressed how comfortable it was that he wants the exact one for their house! We also needed a pet-friendly place for our corgi and this home had just that! A friendly, safe neighborhood and gated patio area for him to explore. The home is conveniently located near our home and businesses, yet felt like we were on vacation with the amazing views! Everything we forgot to get from our house before leaving, this home had!

This place and location was a great find. Hosts were very friendly and extremely accommodating. I had several concerns and asks, and they worked with me on each and every one of them to make sure my concerns were addressed and fulfilled. At one point, I had changed aspects my reservations 3 separate times, and they worked through those changes effortlessly to carry out my wishes. Would highly recommend this host to others! The property was spacious and well kept. A very nice space. The only critique I would have concerned the upstairs bathroom. A tall person does not fit well into that shower. I'm 6'2" and the shower head came up to my chin, so I just showered downstairs. That is the ONLY gripe I had with this place. Beautiful home & beautiful community.

My wife and I stayed four nights and had such a peaceful time. You can literally sit on the back porch and do nothing for hours at a time which is exactly what we needed. Also, it turns out dolphins live right there off of the inlet so you see them about 25 times a day going up and down the canal! Our only regret is that we didn’t book more days here!
