Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in El Remanzo

Mariella has all the quality of a great host. My group and I had some unexpected inconveniences due to Covid-19 and Mariella was extremely kind, helpful and accommodating to our needs and situation. She was helpful and easy to reach and talk to. As you can see in the pictures the apartment is beautiful and San Juan del sur is a favorite destination for many visiting Nicaragua!

Beautiful, clean, well-maintained condo. Easy access to town via the beach or via a short taxi ride. Fantastic views from the balcony. Woke up to howler monkeys and many different birds. We will definitely be back.

Enjoy the stay with my wife, the apartment seems to me first level with everything needed for a couple, I was impressed by the quality of the cleanliness and everything well organized, it is definitely in my top 3 of san jun del sur

Claudia's La Talanguera apartment is perfect for short and long stays, specially for small groups. It has everything you need to make it your temporary home. Also, it's location is great. SJDS town and surrounding beaches are right there. She also is very friendly and responsive, and so are the people who work with her :)

the house the same as the description, We were here for Easter and everything is fine, there is no noise in the surroundings, the pool is small but there is another one that is communal and there were no people

This place is heaven! The house is beautiful and the patio is incredible. On the beach with a patio offering bbq, hamac, direct access to pool and access to the beach. They even had a kids table and toys. Master bedroom is just Wow, with view to the ocean. Kids loved the bunk beds. Hot water and a/c. Close town, we would definitely come back!

Everything was incredible with our stay the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The property is very private and is fully Equipped. The pictures don’t do it justice although is a little far from Downtown is completely worth it. And the pet friendly aspect is definite plus. The view is breathtaking but I do Recommend if you are planning on going with a big group to arrive either with an SUV or a couple of vehicles. We will be returning again

We loved Casa Alegre! The view of San Juan del Sur is spectacular and the house super comfortable. Rudy was very attentive from the start, and Alex was always willing to help, even with the shopping so we just focused on enjoying it. But what really made the difference was to have Doña Carmen and Doña Esther: they agreed with all the delicious Nicaraguan gastronomy that we requested, they kept everything impeccable and were always aware of our tastes. We recommend hiring them without thinking, their warmth and attention make the experience unforgettable. Thank you so much Rudy, Alex, Carmen and Esther for making our stay so special!

A spectacular house I recommend it 100%, Don Eliecer always attentive when I contact him! The place super safe and easily to get to! The house itself is well equipped and they have a very technological system I loved it! I'd come back a thousand times.

The house is very comfortable, modern and super well equipped. We felt very well cared for throughout our stay. We definitely recommend it and would definitely go back!

This apartment was absolutely amazing, it's looks even better in real life than on photos. Flat is big and cozy, beds are comfortable, water pressure in shower was also great. Wifi worked well. Living room and master bedroom are facing the road, which is loud if you have open windows. With windows closed no problems at all, didn't disturb our sleep. Pool outside is small (more like for cooling than for actual swimming). The condo area is clean and well maintained, also parking available. The only problem we had were the ants - they were consistently appearing in the living room, despite using Raid and cleaning up the dishes once used. I know it's pretty common in warm countries, so wasn't a big deal. But I hope host will find a solution for that (note: the apartment was very clean, so it's not about dirt). Benjamin is very friendly and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again!

Janet is super proactive and communicative. Everything in the space is labeled down to the hand soap to make everything idiot proof. I paid similar prices all over San Juan del sur for a week weeks at multiple places and Janet’s condo had by far the most comfortable bed. The front desk staff is also super friendly.

We loved this location. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. They cleaned the condo every couple days and made sure we had fresh towels on our 2 week stay. This spot is a little more expensive than most others, but the location is hard to beat. Walking distance to club house, playa colorado and restaurants

Excellent location, ideal to visit other beaches in the area. The place is new, with a very nice pool. The views are very good towards the bay and towards the mountains.

This location is perfect if you want to be close to town and right on the main beach strip of San Juan Del Sur. The decor is fabulous and the suite was well equipped with kitchen utensils as well as a good supply of towels for the bathroom and the beach. Nolan was easy to deal with and kindly accomodated some changes we required.
