Great host and a beautiful home! Will 100% recommend.

Great place to rent in the winter, well ventilated and plenty of fans to go around. Spacious kitchen, living room area, bathroom and master bedroom. Very secure and centrally located to most places with easy access to buses and other transportation. The Montero Fruits and Vegetables Market is a great place to stock up on most things to keep things less expensive. The meat shop a block away is great too and has great chicharrón and carnitas on Thursday and Sundays. The host is always available, answers promptly and most importantly takes immediate action (great example when the water pump gave out on New Year’s Eve and he handled it within the hour). It can be a bit dusty for those with allergies, but nothing too concerning. I can confidently recommend.

Armando's attention was excellent, he was attentive at all times for any questions. The apartment is very nice super spacious and cozy, the amenities of the condominium super well, the pool, terrace green areas… Outside the condominium is a bus stop that takes you to the city center. Super recommended 🤩👌

excellent little house with all amenities. César was very nice, he let us in early, alas a shop on the other side. the pool is super fences, I loved it and I will come back. Thank you Caesar
