Welcome to our charming top-floor studio in a quiet Arlon neighborhood - enjoy a large bed, separate kitchen and peaceful setting! Only 5 min walk to Arlon center with cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets, and 15 min away from the train station (20 min direct hourly train to Luxembourg). The studio is easy to access via Flibco bus from Charleroi airport or by train from Brussels. Free parking is available within a few meters of the house. Perfect for both leisure and business stays!

Very convenient 1 bedroom apartment 52 square meter surface on the 1st floor(ground floor is an beauty institut) of a three-story small building. Only one apartment on each floor. The sofa is also a bed. In the city center of Arlon. 1 min by walk to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. 6 min by walk to Arlon Train station. Easy to park down the building and close to free parking places. Bed sheets and trowels are provided in according to the number of guests. Hot water is well equipped.

À l’intérieur, l’espace est composé d’un lit double, d’une petite cuisine d’appoint et d’un coin salon qui vous permettra de vous poser pour prendre un thé ou dévorer un roman. Un évier et une toilette sèche font aussi partie des aménagements intérieurs. Des douches sont disponibles à 150m.

It's easier to get around the studio by car (hill street, few buses) We live in the house adjoining the studio (independent) and are therefore there to assist you in case of need.
