This is a ground level loft condo that is bright, clean and nicely updated. We are minutes from the Holiday Valley Resort and a short walk to the Village of Ellicottville. This condo offers AC for the summer and a gas fireplace for the winter. We have complimentary coffee and tea with cream and sugar on site. Kitchen is equipped with some spices, oils and cookware. This condo is beautifully appointed to make your stay effortless. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants & Holiday Valley. An HV shuttle picks up right outside our door for the ski season. Our perfect location puts you close enough to the activities & restaurants, yet set in a peaceful complex when you need to unwind. Enjoy the amazing view of the ski slopes revealed anew with each season! Live music, sports, shopping, breweries & dining are why Ellicottville has something for everyone!

This 3 bedroom (sleeps 8) and 2 full bathrooms Royal Suites is newer, Beautifully laid out open concept main floor Suite. The location is fabulous, situated 1/2 mile to the main light in the village, and .7 miles to Holiday Valley. Your Suite is private/separate and there is another one above yours. The living room includes a beautiful fireplace and a bar to sit and chill with a glass of your favorite Beverage. Just beyond the french doors is a covered deck, table for 6, and a Weber Grill.
