Vacation rentals with a patio in Ellicottville

Great stay! From 10p - 2:10a you do loudly hear the bass, non-stop, for every song at Madigan's in the bedroom (the wall of Madigan's is about 4 feet from the bed's headboard) but we skiied hard and slept better than we expected! Besides, it's just people having fun in a party town and it was fun to peek at the dancefloor tee hee! Would not want to stay with a child. Host is refreshingly responsive and communication was outstanding! The flat is sparkly clean and cute and located right downtown. Just as pictured, and I was surprised that there are 2 bathrooms (one full, one half), and 2 balconies - one I front and a small one off the bedroom. Easy walking access to restaurants, shopping... from early morning coffee to evening ice cream. Holiday Valley is a top rated ski area and is only about a mile away. Grocery store is just a few hundred yards down the street. It is a great ski town!

Awesome and spacious home close to downtown Ellicottville. You could easily walk to downtown on sidewalks (just over 1/2 mile) or a quick drive. This place is about a 8 minute drive to both Holiday Valley and Holimont.

We stayed two nights & just loved our accommodations. It was tastefully decorated, had every amenity & was very quiet & comfortable. Valarie was very helpful & accommodating. The historic significance of the depot makes it a truly special experience. We enjoyed visiting Ellicottville for shopping & lunch. We stopped by Griffith Sculptural Park, dined at Arts Cafe and visited the Alpacas at Sugarcreek Farm. We plan on returning!

Great place. Very clean. Nice hosts. Great for a quick stay. Though, Beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable. Overall it was still a great stay and I’d still give it 5 stars. I personally wouldn’t stay long term due to the beds, but it was a great spot and price for one night!

The place was clean and very spacious. It had anything you would need for a short trip to go snowboarding. It was about 10 minutes from Holiday Valley and downtown Ellicottville. It was definitely convenient and affordable.

Katie’s place was great! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Plenty of space and walkable to the village. Katie was also very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

This home met all of our needs for our stay in Ellicotville! It was a beautiful home. Plenty of room for 6 of us. A peaceful and stunning property with a view of the slopes from the living room. This home was fully stocked with anything we could’ve thought of! The host was quick to respond to any questions I had and was very accommodating. Highly recommend booking this for your next trip!

A beautiful, tasteful new house in a private, quiet setting with a nice view. Annmarie was timely and clear with instructions, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Lovely country home! We enjoyed the peace and quiet location, but close to Ellicotville to ski and eat. The dogs loved it too. Very beautiful drive in down to house and very remote with beautiful hillside as a view.

Great space for our family ski trip. Large, well appointed, open kitchen-dining-living area made for lots of good times. The beds/bedrooms were cozy and clean, the bathrooms were spotless. Will definitely stay again!

Spacious and comfortable for three families. The house had everything we needed for a great week. Easy to get into town and ski hills.

We had a fabulous time skiing in Ellicottville! What a wonderful town, the people were so incredibly friendly. Restaurants and bars were great! This condo was perfectly located and so nice. We look forward to coming back next year!

The home is extremely beautiful, my friends and I felt right at home we did not want to leave. The host was responsive, easy to reach and gave clear instructions on how to get in to the unit. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay I definitely recommend.

Easy ski in ski out and that is what we were looking for. There were lots of stairs to navigate going in and out. The bed was excellent and the shower was nice. The kitchen has everything we needed and there was nice amenities like tea coffee and other nice touches. If you want to ski Holiday Valley this is a nice choice for a couple

Natalie was incredibly communicative and friendly and the space was lovely and very clean. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

Tom & Julie’s place was perfect for our ski weekend at Holiday Valley resort. It was so cozy and they thought of everything and more as far as accommodations. It was clean, modern and the location was perfect. Tom was very responsive to a few questions we had upon arrival and we felt right at home. We will definitely return!
