Townhome vacation rentals in Ellicottville

When visiting Holiday Valley for some skiing this ski-in, ski-out accommodation is absolutely perfect! Our group has been staying here for a view years and the place never disappoints. The kitchen is well stocked and the living space is very comfortable. Looking forward to our next opportunity to stay here.

To be fair, we rented over a holiday so assuming prices were inflated but after air bnb fees and cleaning fee, it was very expensive. Minor issue was taken care of immediately by host which was much appreciated. Would stay again if prcie was right!

We had an awesome long weekend ski trip here. Airbnb was perfectly set up for a big group with lots of beds and stuff for kids. We felt cozy and right at home. Beautiful views of holiday valley! The only slight downside was the basement pull-out was not very comfy, but again, there are lots of beds, so we were able to make it work. Two nice hangout areas upstairs and basement, and it was fully stocked in terms of dish ware, cups, cooking stuff and even coffee, spices and some bar stuff.

Nice, updated townhouse. Great location for walking to/from the slopes. Plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location next to the playground and the arboretum and a short walk to the village! We enjoyed playing games by the fireplace after a full day of skiing. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, the dogs loved it too!

We have stayed here a few times. Great location, spacious, clean and the host is good with communications!. We will book again!

The accommodations are great. It was well equipped, and well stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely rent again.

Danielle was very responsive to messages, and kind. I did have one suggestion for clarifying her listing, and she was gracious about that. I do think that potential renters, especially parents of small kids, might want to know that the master bedroom and kids’ bedrooms are separated by two whole floors. In our case, though, that was a bonus! Our kids are older, and we appreciated being further separated from their noise. 😆 The house was impeccably clean when we arrived, and we were able to find everything we needed pretty easily.

Beautiful location, and nice host.

We picked this house due to its proximity to the ski resort and it was just perfect. It's a short drive from the hill - or in summer you could easily walk into town . Everything about this house is perfect, it was the perfect amount of space, it had all the amenities we could have wanted (two washing machines even! How perfect is that for families?!) and the host was very communicative. We weren't sure of an exact number of people coming until the very last minute but it worked great- everyone was pleased with the house. It was my inlaws first Airbnb experience and they loved it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that wants to visit Ellicottville.

Tim was extremely responsive and answered all my questions quickly. The views were amazing and the layout worked for our family that we travelled with. We watched deer from the living room at night to deer out the front from the bedroom window in the morning. We had absolutely everything we needed and it felt like we were staying at a friends home with everything that was included. Very close to the hill and close to downtown to go for dinner! We went to Dina’s and it did not disappoint! We also ordered pizza and it was the best! As well, visited cupcaked and they were delicious! Lunch at Gin Mill was a great treat. We also visited Good Vibez and had a wonderful chat with J9 (think massages). It was the perfect location and we already looked into booking for 2026! Thanks Tim, you were a fabulous host and have a wonderful place!

Great family weekend! This was our second time staying at Christine's place and we had a great time! Very homy feel to it, lots of room for the 7 of us. Well stocked kitchen to cook meals in, comfortable beds, place was very clean and it was an easy walk into town for bars and restaurants. Thanks again for a great stay!

Had another great stay at Tony’s condo in Ellicottville! I realized we stayed here a few years ago after entering and was happy to return—especially with the addition of a second bathroom, which is a great upgrade. The condo is comfortable, well-appointed, and in a perfect location for enjoying everything Ellicottville has to offer. Tony is a great host, making the stay seamless. Super responsive as well which is always a plus. Looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful place! Very cozy. Kitchen was fantastic and loved the fireplace. Well furnished. The upstairs was very accommodating. Kelly was great to deal with. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed a couple nights at Jesse’s place for some spring skiing. The location and simplicity is definitely worth the stay… cleanliness and tidiness could use a little help. It’s been renovated for sure just maybe not cleaned and maintained all that well. No issues otherwise… just needs a little spring cleaning and better organization of things; cluttered closest and vanity.

We love being at this property! It’s our 2nd time back here and we’ll be booking for a 3rd time….

Beautiful home. Michael was a wonderful host and very responsive. Everything was exactly as described and we had a wonderful stay. Our family loved skiing at holiday valley and 9 of us were quite comfortable in this home. The view from the living room was lovely and the kitchen was well stocked.

A few times a year, we do a girls' getaway to connect, unwind, and reenergize. From the time we booked Maureen and Gary were so very responsive and accommodating. Their property is warm and inviting and we felt right at home. The decor is minimal and uncluttered which we loved. The beds are comfortable and we slept great! I particularly love the skylight in the upstairs bathroom. The moonlight was nature's nightlite! I would not hesitate to rent here again and absolutely recommend them!

Our family enjoyed our stay. Quick drive to mountain and town. I am not sure if in listing, but was surprised it was a 2nd floor entry. Not a problem for our family, but for some people lugging your things up / down stairs it may.
