Located directly on the beautiful beachfront of the wonderful, old quarter of Sitges, with full, spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, this stylish, comfortable studio apartment is the perfect place to relax and feel at home. We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. As from 2023, the official Government Tourist Tax is 2.00 Euros per person per night.

Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

Spacious and very nice apartment. Very well located in downtown Sitges so you can enjoy all its restaurants, cafes and shops. A 5-minute walk to the beautiful beaches, the promenade and the train station. It is on the first floor WITHOUT an elevator. For large groups there is the possibility of renting other apartments in the same building. Key pick-up at the Alenti Hotel (350 meters away), after 3 pm. The hotel is open 24 hours a day. Casa ALBA is a bohemian chic apartment with an elegant style, located in a quiet area of Sitges. The town centre and the train station are about a 5-minute walk away, and the beaches are about 10 minutes away. Barcelona city is 45 minutes by train from the city. The space offers a warm atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring, while staying close to shops and restaurants. This limitation is based on space, comfort, and safety considerations.

The Englishman's house

Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.

Bright apartment in the center of Vilanova. Recently renovated mid-century house in a simple and modern style. The space is very suggestive as there are different textures, different heights and materials, both modern and antique. The apartment consists of a clear space where we find a living room with kitchen and living room and a space for the bedroom. The bathroom is the only part of the apartment that is closed.
