Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. We offer a cozy house, originally from 1890, which we have renovated with a gentle hand. We have a nice, functional and fully equipped kitchen. Play one of our many board games or enjoy our cozy garden. The house is located in a small village, but close to a larger city, Kjellerup (4.3 km), with some shopping opportunities. The house is centrally located in Jutland, close to the beautiful towns of Viborg (20 km), Silkeborg (20 km), Aarhus (52 km), Billund (80 km).

Ever dreamt of a cabin, forest and lake to yourself? The family will stay together in one big room with single and double alcoves. Patio goes all around the house and gives a magnificent view of the lake. It also leads to the tree house; fully equipped with bed, workstation and Wi-Fi. Rowing boat available year round, late spring to early autumn 2 SUP boards and 3 kayaks available (please inquire). 15 min from town centre and groceries. Sleeps 8, more comfortable for 6. Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" hygge with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

The apartment is part of a private residence, which is why you will be able to hear a little life in the house when the hosts are at home.

Newly built annex

Newly built annex from 2024 in a quiet setting. Located 10 km from Herning and 12 min drive from Messe Center Herning. It is furnished with a double bed (140x200 cm), a table, two chairs, a bathroom with bath and toilet, and a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. Service is available. The annex is heated and has hot water.
