Charming house in the city center

Welcome to a quiet and family-friendly place in the middle of the city. The apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate 5 adults. Here you have a short distance to most places, access to the garden, free parking and a charging point for electric cars. The house is from 1895, and much of the original has been preserved. With comfortable beds and a large kitchen with a dining area, we hope that our guests will have a pleasant stay in a place that is a little out of the ordinary. The apartment does not have a separate living room, but there is both a sofa and an armchair in one part of the kitchen.

Walking distance to most of what the city has to offer. As you can see the pichtures show you two cabins, built together. The new cabin have two bedrooms, bath and a smal kitchen. Separate toilet. The old cabin has tow rooms one a bedroom , the other a living rom. The furniture is old in this rom , and has some old paintings as well. There are a stove to make it warm, nice and cosy. Firewood for free. There are plenty of space to sit outside, in wintertime this is on the starting place for Birken skirace. 3km from Rena.

Smallholding in Nordskogbygda

Old, but recently renovated smallholding from the late 19th century. In the ground floor it is an entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The second floor consist of a big room with the possibility to house many people. It is also a second restroom in this floor. Outside is a lovely garden, and during winter you could put on your cross-country skis and start skiing from the house. Elverum city is just a short 20 min. drive from the house.
